Enjoy Spectacular Sunsets over the Roanoke Sound from your private balcony at "Look Out”. It’s the perfect place, an upscale, amazingly decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium, located at milepost 16.5 next door to the Outlets Nags Head shopping mall. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the Keurig or drip coffee maker for your mornings to the ice maker for those evening drinks, and everything in between. Makes it the perfect spot for entertaining!

The living room boasts a 55” screen TV w/ sound-bar, Blu-ray and Roku, or turn everything off and simply enjoy the comfortable furnishings to curl up and read your latest novel. Each bedroom has its own wall-mounted HDTV w/ Roku, the master bedroom offers access to the sound front balcony. Cable TV access has been integrated into each of the Roku’s for ease of access, and the large bedroom has a remote game port access. Ask "Alexa" to adjust the temperature, play music or check the weather. The bathrooms have tile floors with wall-mounted hair dryers. Top it off with 2 reserved parking spots, covered for protection from the elements and great when loading and unloading your car.

The Landings at Sugar Creek Condominiums feature a community swimming pool, 2 elevators, boardwalk to the Roanoke Sound, and you are only a short drive to the public beach access (approx. 2 blocks). Your family will delight in the active Outer Banks lifestyle we have all come to love. If you are in the mood for relaxation, the quiet and peaceful afternoons on the sound are the perfect time to take a nap or to put your feet up, read a good book, and enjoy the sounds of nature. The Tiki bar is located by the pool, along with the gas grills.

Enjoy the surrounding area - Take a short trip north to Jockey’s Ridge or enjoy the vast selection of excellent restaurants and charming shops. Fishing Charters are easily accessible through Pirates Cove or Oregon Inlet. For those wanting to explore, you are only a short drive to the North Carolina Aquarium in Manteo or Elizabethan Gardens and The Lost Colony.

Annual vacation

Had a wonderful time. Condo was very comfortable! Weather was windy and cold so we stayed inside the whole time! Only thing we would like to mention is at least 1 handicap toilet is needed. Consider the majority age of the people coming....they would greatly appreciate it!

A short vacation in Nags Head

Very nice property. Easy access , beautiful view on the sound , short walk to the beach . Great with kids and dog!! Military family does recommend this place. We will sure come back . From VB with regards 😊
