Location, location, location!

What is the top rated place visited in AZ each year? The London Bridge in Lake Havasu City! On our balcony you will have a front row view to the London Bridge, golf course/lake views and the incredible mountains that surround our beautiful city.

A few things unique about our condo in Queens Bay:
- Corner unit on the north end of the building...great shade in the summer months!
- a balcony overlooking the bridge and a front sitting area great for viewing the sunset.
- We don’t require a 3 month stay in the winter!

Queens Bay condos is centrally located with so much to do and see close by. You can walk, ride your bike, or drove to so much Lake Havasu has to offer. It’s also a great central location for day trips, visiting Las Vegas, The Grand Canyon etc

Boat parking is available and open to guests.

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided.
