Billabong villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wifi internet, and a beautiful beach with snorkeling. The gorgeous brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors. Billabong villa is air conditioned throughout with central air conditioning.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The top floor has a studio bedroom with double bed and a futon bed.

The washrooms are equipped with additional amenities such as hairdryers. The downstairs floor has a powder room.

The living room at Billabong villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music The home is also stocked with board games and a small number of books.

The swimming pool at Billabong Villa is a shared facility and is quite spacious, surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the rear deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner.

The kitchen at Billabong villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, dishwasher and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guests at Billabong Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink at the restaurant and cafe.

There is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Should you wish to opt in to the programme an upgrade fee is paid directly to Palm Cay when you are at the resort. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay. Please contact Palm Cay or review their website for the latest details. As you are directly on the beach you may not require this option, but some may like to make use of it. Be sure to check with the club for further details or any additional activities.

The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.

Billabong villa is located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking. Renting a private villa in The Bahamas sounds expensive, but it isn’t and you will be pleasantly surprised by our reasonable rates and quality accommodations.

The luxury villa can connect to a 4 bedroom sister villa named Coolibah Villa, so if you have an extended group or a larger family you can house up to 16 people in these 2 magnificent homes.
