We live just outside of Boston and have been coming down to the Cape and Islands for over 20 years. We purchased Summer Breeze in late 2018 so we could enjoy the Cape with our 4 adult children and extended family.

Over the last year we updated, painted and furnished this charming beach community farmhouse. It is now a warm and comfortable family home for up to 10 vacationers. With easy access to beach and stars, Summer Breeze is relaxing and a perfect break from whatever ails you. We hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.

Not only does Summer Breeze Cottage have salt water ocean access, fresh water swimming is also available at Pilgrim Lake off Herringbrook Road | 70 car parking lot, no parking fees, no lifeguards, rest rooms available, handicapped accessibility, inflatables allowed, fresh water fishing, no internal combustion engines allowed.
