About this property

Totally renovated house, directly behind the dunes, almost on the beach, almost in the center

Comfortable and very popular holiday home in a very quiet street (Lepelaarsweg) and really very, very close to the beach and almost in the center of Callantsoog. The house has a living room with a view of the dunes with an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a tiled floor with very pleasant underfloor heating. There is a free WIFI internet connection. A large sliding door leads to the terrace in the south. There is also a view of the dunes from the terrace. In February and March 2012 the inside of the house was totally renovated with new furniture and freshly painted. It looks really good. So far, all guests are very enthusiastic about the entire holiday home and the great location. Let yourself be surprised.

There is an extra bike storage room. In this room there is also the barbecue, the garden furniture for the terrace and a handcart to take small children comfortably to the beach. A private parking lot offers space for 2 cars.


Surroundings: Callantsoog is very popular all year round. The surrounding area is very varied. In spring the flower fields bloom everywhere. The nature reserve Het Zwanenwater connects directly to Callantsoog. There are very good bike paths and you can go on nice tours. There are many places worth seeing by car.

Golf information: There is a 9-hole golf course in the neighboring town of Julianadorp (7 km). At Alkmaar (30 km) you can even play an 18-hole course. There are also other golf courses in Noord-Holland.

Für eine Familie mit Kind und Hund ist das Häuschen fast etwas zu klein. Dennoch ist es gemütlich und der Platz optimal ausgenutzt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und sehr nahe zum Zentrum ist das Highlight! Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Woche!

Schön ausgestattetes Haus, gemütlich und modern. Schöne Terrasse. Super Lage. Direkt am Strand und im Zentrum. Callantsoog ist sehr Hundefreundlich. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr beengt. Für 2 Personen mit Hund super. Für eine Familie für zwei Wochen sehr klein. Man muss sich organisieren. Wir empfehlen mit wenig Gepäck anzureisen. Bettwäsche und viele Handtücher vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Tolles Haus was aber mehr für 2 Personen geeignet ist. Kaum Stauraum für seine anziehsachen.

Top Lage, top Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage zum Meer ist nicht zu toppen. Besonders gut hat uns die windgeschützte Terrasse gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist hell, freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mehr als ideal für 2 Erwachsene mit Hund. Einfach eine mega tolle Location.Zum Zentrum und den Restaurants sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.Alles in allem würden wir lieber jeweils 6 Sterne und mehr vergeben. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super Lage, super Haus! Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Leute! Im Schlafzimmer sehr eng, um ins Bett zu kommen, keine Möglichkeit seine Sachen unterzubringen und Taschen oder Koffer zu lagern. Das zweite Zimmer wäre perfekt, um mitgebrachte Sachen unterzustellen!

Wunserschöner Urlaub. Direkt am Strand. Wären total gerne nächstes Jahr im Sommer wiedergekommen, ist aber leider schon ausgebucht. War ein toller Urlaub. Auch der Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Klein aber sehr fein! Traumhafte Lage!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem perfekt ausgestatteten , neu renovierten Bungalow. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet innen wie außen! Die schönste Terrasse Callantsoogs außerhalb des Strandes. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir sind mit unserer Hündin gereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Schuppen stehen Staubsauger, Wäscheständer und andere Utensilien zur Verfügung. Für 2 Personen ist das Häuschen perfekt. Das 2. Zimmer haben wir als „ Ankleide“ genutzt, da im Schlafzimmer kaum Stauraum ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Super Lage, leider etwas abgenutzt

Perfekte Lage für Kleinkind und Hund. Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen . Viele Defekte an Türknauf , schiefer Schlüsssl, Haken in der Küche lose. Toilettenhalterungen total verrostet. staubsauger stinkt. Leider war es nicht sauber, Staub und Spinnennetze in jeder Ecke. Türen , Leisten , Lampen etc. wurden schon ewig nicht geputzt. Übervolle Mülltonnen und Laubberge auf der Terrasse. zum glück hatten wir tolles wetter und waren viel unterwegs.

Zu Beginn des Urlaubs dieser Gäste wies die Dame darauf hin, dass das Ferienhaus nicht sauber und veraltet sei. Unmittelbar danach kam jemand vom Reinigungsdienst vorbei, um zu sehen, was sie tun könnten. Die Dame selbst war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch mit ihrer Tochter am Strand, ihr Mann war jedoch anwesend. Er gab an, nichts davon zu wissen und mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden zu sein. Er sagte auch, dass seine Frau sich immer beschwere. Schade, dass die Dame so reagiert hat, zumal ich weiß, dass die Putzfrau immer ihr Bestes gibt, um das Haus zu putzen und den Gästen etwas Schönes zu hinterlassen. Das heißt nicht, dass es manchmal schief gehen kann. Wir haben immer viele Gäste, die von diesem Ferienhaus in bester Lage begeistert sind. Das Haus wird fast das ganze Jahr über vermietet. Wir werden das Haus im ersten Quartal 2024 renovieren. Daher ist dieser Zeitraum gesperrt. Wir sorgen unter anderem dafür, dass das Badezimmer renoviert wird und wieder modernen Standards entspricht. Wie bei unseren anderen Ferienhäusern üblich, werden die Gäste mit dem Haus in dieser Toplage sehr zufrieden sein.

Ganz in Ordnung

Lage top. Keine 5 Minuten zum Strand. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr beengt. Aufgrund des fehlenden Flures ist es im Eingangsbereich = Küche sehr eng. Objekt an sich ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem das Bad (z.Bsp. Dusche, Spiegel) benötigt ein paar Erneuerungen. Wäscheständer wäre von Vorteil.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Für viele Gäste erfüllt das Haus immer noch sehr gut ihre Bedürfnisse, aber wir hatten bereits beschlossen, das Haus zu modernisieren. Deshalb ist das Haus im ersten Quartal 2024 gesperrt. Wir sorgen unter anderem dafür, dass das Badezimmer erneuert wird und wieder modernen Standards entspricht. Wie in unseren anderen Ferienhäusern üblich, werden die Gäste mit dem Haus in dieser Toplage sehr zufrieden sein.

Klein, aber fein!

Mit 2 Erwachsenen hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist gut und scheint neuwertig. Die Lage mit der unmittelbaren Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand und zum Zentrum von Callantsoog ist unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannen in Callantsoog

Das Haus ist klein und wurde vorteilhaft mit Weitwinkel fotografiert. Aber es bietet alles was man benötigt, und hat eine excellente Lage. Das Meer liegt direkt hinter der Düne unterhalb derer das Haus steht und bis zum Ortszentrum sind es ca. 200m in die entgegengesetzte Richtung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Ein sehr schöner Fleck, wenn man Ruhe ahben will.

Ein schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus in Top- Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer oder im Ort. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig, sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Gemütliches und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, alles da was man braucht. Ruhige, schöne Lage, direkt hinter den Dünen, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
