This charming 1940's Craftsman style home has been completely remodeled with new fixtures, appliances and quaintly refurbished furnishings. This home is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms/2 baths and a great kitchen for entertaining. The 1/2 acre backyard contains beautiful pecan and peach trees surrounded by a privacy fence. You can enjoy the backyard while relaxing on the large deck under the pergola. Come experience historical Washington County, the Birthplace of Texas, along with the picturesque town of Brenham. Stay at our home and enjoy the nostalgic past in modern day comfort!
There are lots of restaurants and shopping just minutes away in beautiful Downtown Brenham. There are several wineries as well. Brenham has several nice parks and Washington on the Brazos State Park (Birthplace of Texas) is also close by. Round Top, Warrenton and Bellville are all about a 25 minute drive, depending upon traffic. A visitor guide will be available for all guests as well. Washington County offers lots of activities throughout the year such as Maifest, the Scarecrow Festival, the Bluebonnet Festival, the County fair and much more! Please, no children under the age of 12 or pets without prior approval..
