The most ideally located in Meadow Ridge Resort, our west facing windows end unit 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse boasts a beautiful mountain view and all the comforts of home including FAST WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, new gas grill, newly remodeled main floor bathroom, "pack and play" and a booster seat for the little ones, upscale mattresses, and ample garage storage for your skis, snowboards, and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood and free from upstairs noisy neighbors without the hefty cost of a house rental, at Mountain Blessings you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea gazing at the snow covered mountains in front of the cozy gas fireplace, or out on the deck during the magical golden aspen fall and peaceful summer seasons. Step right out the main level bedroom onto the new patio, soak in the meadow view, and gear up for a full day of fun!

You will never run out of things to do with convenient access to the myriad of activities year round at Winter Park resort and downtown Fraser. A quick drive or bike ride down the hill leads you to the local Safeway, restaurants, bars, shopping, fishing ponds, and ski/bike rentals. Just across the main road make memories at thrilling winter tubing hills and cross country skiing trails, or summer hiking and biking trails.

During ski season, hop right on the shuttle just steps from our door to skip the hassle of parking and hit the slopes before the crowds. Or drive just a few minutes to the popular tubing hills, 8 minutes to the kids’ sledding hill with gas fire pits, or spend the day cross country skiing at the world class Devil’s Thumb Ranch just 15 minutes away.

In the beautiful mountain summer months, blast down the hill on your bikes directly to the paved scenic bike path along babbling Fraser creek all the way to Winter Park resort. Stop along the way and rock out to the music of the local summer festival. In the afternoon take a walk over to the Meadow Ridge Club full membership privileges for pickle ball, tennis, swimming, racket ball, hand ball and get your weight lifting session in at the club gym followed up with sauna and the large heated pool. There is something for everyone right out your door!

After a full day of play and family fun, return to your cozy getaway, grab your swimsuits to soak in the large outdoor adults-only hot tub while the kids play in the heated outdoor kid’s pool, or enjoy the spacious family hot tub with the whole crew. Back at the townhome, enjoy an evening cocktail (hot cocoa for the kids!) in quiet comfort while taking in the evening Mountain View.

We spend many weeks a year at our ‘mountain home’ and expect our guests to treat our home with respect.
