Perfect location for our family to visit Rocky Mountain national park and a relaxing day of fishing and sightseeing around Fraser and Winter Park. Kitchen is well stocked and an added bonus is the clubhouse! Kids had a blast
Decent but not luxurious condo. Bunk beds were not big enough for tall adults. Parking in front with entrance in back was a bit inconvenient in the snow.
Upon arrival, the property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with no outside lights. Even though there was no AC, the temperature was comfortable once we opened up all the windows and doors. The kitchen was nice and clean. The fridge's water dispenser needs some cleaning and the downstairs bathroom had hair leftover from the previous visitors. The beds and pillows were not comfortable as our back and necks were achy after sleeping. Two of our family members had a reaction to the bed sheets. Since our stay was short, we made due and enjoyed the slow paced atmosphere and appreciated having a space to spend time with our family.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The fridge’s water dispenser has been inspected and cleaned, and is in working order, though some minor discoloration may remain due to its age- The downstairs bathroom has undergone a deep cleaning to ensure it meets our high standards- The downstairs bed is scheduled for replacement, and we will inspect the pillows and replace them as needed- All bedding is laundered thoroughly before each guest’s arrival. We’ve not received feedback about reactions to the beds or bedding before, but we apologize that you did not find the beds to be comfortableThanks for taking the time to leave your review!

Fraser Condo
Four guys stayed here for a week to explore the area. Nice 3 bedroom condo with good kitchen. Upstairs bedroom is a loft with plenty of room, but no door to downstairs, so no sound barrier or privacy. Smaller bedroom with bunk beds and third bedroom with King or Queen bed-I forgot to check. Clean and neat and comfortable. Weather was cool, so no A/C needed and did not need heat. Adequate parking for 2-3 cars this time of year. Maintenance responded very quickly to a lock-out situation (less than 15 minutes). Did not use wood fireplace. The two baths are adequate, but one in Loft is difficult to share with downstairs due to lack of door to bedroom. No bedroom on main floor, but sofa is long and adequate for sleeping, although it does not make into a real bed. Great area, with grocery store within walking distance and only 2 miles from all attractions in Winter Park and Fraser. Lots of hiking- biking trails and fishing areas are close.

I liked the proximity to the things I was interested in. I didn't like that it was difficult to find, and there were no outside lights to assist us in putting in the code to get in. If the porch light had been left on, it would have been so much easier. I did like that there were multiple numbers to call for help, and how frequently they communicated with us. I didn't like that the entrance was on the opposite side of the building from the parking, wasn't well lit, and had stairs to navigate in the dark with our luggage. There were also conflicting messages as to what was required when we checked out. I did like the size of the condo, and the way it was decorated, and the surroundings.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they’d like to share the following:- Specific GPS coordinates and a detailed map are provided in the welcome letter, which should help future guests find the unit more easily.- We acknowledge that the porch lighting could have made entry easier and will ensure the front porch light is left on for future guest arrivals.- While the entrance location and stairs may not be ideal for all guests, the layout is clear in the listing. However, we will review lighting in this area to improve the experience.- The checkout instructions are available in a binder within the condo, and the homeowner will double-check to make sure all communications are clear and consistent moving forward.Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We could look at the mountains thru the sliding glass door in the living room, & play in the snow just by stepping out the front door on the other side. We had a fire each night with Smores & a movie. The property had everything we might need & is located close to everything. We didn't need to contact the owners while there, but they provided detailed information regarding everything prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!
There is no washer/dryer and only one bathroom for the downstairs bedrooms, but for the price, it is comfortable, clean, and near lots of fun and beautiful things!
This property was a great place for our family of four. My kids had their own separate rooms which was really nice. Great location for skiing in Winter Park, tubing, and clubhouse with great amenities. Utilized the shuttle service to Winter Park. The grocery store is very close as well. The owners were great about answering any questions I had and were very responsive.
We spent lots of great quality family time together making memories. Highly recommend.
Stayed here for a weekend skiing at winter park. Nice condo, good living and cooking space. Close to bus to winter park and close to hot tub / pool area.
We headed up for a short ski trip. The condo was a very nice size, walking distance to the pool, easy drive to the resort. Only downside was wasting time trying to watch TV in the bedroom when it clearly doesn't connect with the remote. Directions on how to connect would be helpful. But the TV in the living room did work and the kitchen was a great size. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful property. Cozy and clean condo in great location
This is a wonderful condo in Meadow Ridge. It is nicely furnished with new carpet and hardwood flooring. The beds are comfortable. Well stocked and provisioned for a family with children. One of the nicer units in this large complex. Very short walk to pool, hot tubs, and rec center. Very communicative owners and easy to access. We highly recommend staying here. We saw two moose playing in the field nearby one afternoon!
