This two-bedroom townhouse sits inside the gated Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, where mornings move slowly and evenings ask for nothing more than a porch chair and a drink in hand.

Living space
The open living area flows easily into the rest of the home, giving the whole space a relaxed, uncluttered feel. Curl up with a book, flip on the TV, or just let the view do the talking. Nothing here feels overdone - just an easy, familiar Florida character throughout.

Sleeping arrangements
Up to four guests can settle in across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom holds a king bed, a dresser, and a TV. The second bedroom offers two double beds, a good fit for pairs or solo travelers splitting up. A loft upstairs adds a queen futon - a flexible extra spot for an afternoon nap or a night owl staying up late.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes ready for anything from a fast breakfast to a full dinner, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster all on hand, plus dishes and silverware for the table. Barbecue utensils are available too, for anyone who'd rather cook outside. Gather around the dining table and let a shared meal anchor the day.

Bathrooms
Both full bathrooms come stocked with towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub and hair dryer are on hand, with hot water ready whenever you need to unwind.

Outdoor living
The screened porch might be the best seat in the house - a quiet lookout over the marsh where the light never sits still for long. Morning coffee, evening wind-down, either way it delivers. A backyard and patio extend things further, giving you room to stretch out beyond the porch.

Amenities & comfort
Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable no matter the season. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are ready for anyone who needs to stay plugged in, while a washer, dryer, iron, hangers, and private entrance round out the practical side of things. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.

Neighborhood & access
Inside the gated Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, the setting stays quiet, natural, and unmistakably coastal. Guests here have access to the community pool, open all year, along with a nearby beach access point. Please note: amenities at this property are private.
