Two bedrooms and a loft provide flexible space to relax. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and TV, creating a comfortable place to end the day. The second bedroom features two double beds, offering plenty of room for family or friends. An upstairs loft with a futon adds additional space for reading or sleeping. With two full bathrooms, everyone has room to get ready without a wait.

Outdoor living
The screened porch is an inviting setting for your mornings and evenings, where you can enjoy quiet marsh views or conversation with others. A barbecue grill and dining area encourage outdoor meals together. Beyond the townhouse, you have access to a shared pool and nearby beach paths that lead to stretches of sand and sea.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking and sharing meals at home. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher are complemented by smaller conveniences like a coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Pots, pans, and seasonings such as oil, salt, and pepper are available, making it simple to prepare a favorite dish. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table after days of sun and salt air.

Everyday convenience
A washer and dryer in the unit make it easy to manage longer stays, and you will find towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets ready for use. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace help you stay connected, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the townhouse comfortable throughout the year. Entertainment is provided with a TV and standard cable.
