Inside, the open-concept layout creates an easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Natural light fills the space, complementing comfortable furnishings and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. A TV and WiFi provide entertainment and connectivity, while a dedicated workspace offers a convenient spot to focus if needed during your extended stay.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table offers space to gather for breakfast before a beach stroll or unwind over dinner after a day exploring Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, or Jacksonville. Whether you’re reheating local takeout or cooking from scratch, the layout keeps everyone connected.

Sleeping Arrangements
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a private balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom features two full beds and its own balcony access, allowing more chances to take in the coastal scenery. There is also a pull-out couch in the den area to sleep a total of 8 guests here. Fresh linens, ceiling fans, and thoughtful details create a restful setting at the end of each day. A bathtub is also available for a relaxing soak.

Outdoor Living
Private balconies provide front-row views of the beach and a quiet place to enjoy the rhythm of the tide. Guests also have access to a community pool and direct beachfront access, making it easy to alternate between poolside lounging and sandy shoreline walks.

Amenities and Essentials
The condo includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance. Free parking on premises adds convenience, and safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.
