Spend your days exploring historic sites, boutique shops, and local dining, or simply unwind while listening to the surf. Two covered garage parking spaces make it convenient to come and go as you please.

Inside, an airy open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day by the water. Large windows fill the room with natural light, framing peaceful ocean views, while comfortable furnishings invite you to stretch out and unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
Accommodating up to 8 guests, the condo features 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. The master bedroom includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and private balcony access overlooking the beach. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds and its own balcony access, also facing the ocean.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Gather around the dining table to share breakfast or dinner with the sound of waves in the background.

Outdoor living & amenities
Sip morning coffee or evening drinks on the balconies as the ocean breeze flows by. Guests enjoy access to a community outdoor pool and direct beachfront access, making it easy to spend time in the fresh sea air.

Comfort & essentials
The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. Bathroom and bedroom essentials are provided, along with safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
