It’s only a short drive to Keaau, Pahoa or Hilo for great grocery stores, restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are beautiful Cliffs and Shipman’s beach at the bottom of the neighborhood. We love the Big Island! Our son attends the University of Hawaii, Hilo, so we are there often. We've been married 26+ years, have 3 grown children and a basset hound. Although we live and work in Texas, part of our home and heart is in Hawaii, a beautiful place to spend time.
Why they chose this property
This was a dream project house that we were blessed to get during 2018. Most everything was replaced, we even dug a new well. We completely remodeled everything as a fun project over the last year and had fun doing it. We hope you enjoy all the personal touches.

What makes this property unique
I love the outdoor living area, clean fresh water, and having AC. We've stayed at other properties where you have to buy water, but here, there's a new well and filtration system. It's awesome!
