The condo was amazing and the hot tub was a big treat after a day in the cold on the slopes. The beds were super comfortable, and all of the linens were pristine. The kitchen was well appointed and the visit we had with friends was a memorable because of the beautiful accommodations we shared for the week.

Can’t describe how well the home was maintained and clean! The rooms were very spacious. So many board games to choose from to play with the kids and the whole family. The home provides a very cozy mountain feel which we loved. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff was very communicative and quick to help with everything. The hot tub is very high end and we really enjoyed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the pool is not included in the price and needs to be paid separately in a near location. That is not clearly stated Besides that, we really enjoyed this foliage vacation

The perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this house so much! It was perfect for our two families with 4 teenagers who enjoyed the downstairs bunk space so much! We all had plenty of personal space and the location was perfectly placed in between the town and the mountain- the private hot-tub was simply amazing - we would definitely stay here again! We had a few minor issues that were dealt with immediately as best as they could and the management company was so helpful! We met sled dogs and highland cows ( Von Trapp lodge area), went sledding, ice skating and skiing! Thank you for letting us stay in your place! We loved it!!

The house is magnificent, large and very warm and comfortable. The kids loved it. The location is great near all the great stuff to do in Stowe. The staff was very communicative and quick to help with everything. The hot tub is very high end and we really enjoyed. Great Vacation.....but broken Jacuzzi!!

This was a great vacation with family and friends (2/3-2/6). We timed it perfectly with 12+inches of fresh snow which contributed to 2 days of great skiing. The property is in an ideal location, 2 miles from the mountain. Access to the resort indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and jacuzzi is a nice amenity, albeit with a hefty price. The condo was in good shape with a decent layout. Although, there were a number of issues within the house. The primary reason we rented this property was for the outdoor jacuzzi. We arrived late Thursday afternoon and tried the jacuzzi that evening with no luck. It would not heat up and was giving us some error messages. Called the property manager the next morning who sent over some technicians to take a look at it while most of us were skiing. They were let in the house and worked on it for 2 hours and left out the back. We assumed it was fixed and tried it again that night and faced the same issues. Called the property manager again Saturday morning who told us that it was broken and needed some new parts. Very disappointing. It was poor communication from the property managers and should not have been advertised with a jacuzzi if it's not working. Or some discount should be given to the renters. Along with the broken jacuzzi, the fireplace didn't work, spotty internet service, non working Wii, and the kitchen sink dripped the entire stay. There was no access to shovels to shovel out the end of the driveway or walkway if there is a big snowstorm. The bunk bed room in the basement is awesome for kids or family with kids, but there is no door to it. So it really limits what you can do in the basement or who stays in that room. Overall a decent destination but wished everything had worked as advertised.

Andy, thank you for your feedback. Although closing it off would allow for more privacy, Fire code prevents us from putting a door on the bunk area of the basement. I was there when the hot tub was being diagnosed, as it was working properly prior to your arrival. Had we known about the fireplace or kitchen faucet, we would have addressed these issues immediately. They have since been fixed, and the faulty hot tub flow switch was replaced within a week. It is always our goal to provide excellent experiences for our guests. These are homes, and just like our own primary residences, sometimes things stop working without warning. When this happens, we do our very best to restore them as soon as possible. Please give us a call when planning your next trip to Stowe. We would like to provide you the opportunity to return and take a nice soak in the hot tub :)

Great location, flexible layout

We love the location of the TopNotch resort in relation to Stowe Mountain and this condo provided a fantastic option for our family. The sleeping areas on multiple levels were perfect for our family, (each with its own bathroom) and the two different living room areas meant that we could have options for downtime and socializing. Additional highlight was the very clean and perfect for after ski hot tub. Thank you! We will reach out again.
