Beautiful views of Treble Cone ski field and lake. Three of the bedrooms have an excellent view of the lake and mountains, and the fourth bedroom set up for children (bunk bed)

Fantastic sunny deck for evening drinks and also a sheltered courtyard for the morning coffee in the sun.

Perfect place to stay with family or friends to enjoy some winter snow skiing or in the summer - swimming in the lake, walking or cycling the multiple tracks close by. Or just relaxing in front of the fire with a book.

Wood log fire, and heat pump. Heat transfer system, and under floor heating in bathrooms.

Great kitchen for cooking up a storm or eat out at the excellent restaurants in Wanaka. 20-minute stroll to the café in town, along the waterfront.

Wanaka has so much to do and enjoy. Two excellent movie theatres, rock wall climbing facility, two golf courses, heaps of walking tracks, airport and toy museum, puzzle world, just to name a few things.

Beautiful warm spot

An amazing, warm spot with spectacular views, that is in close proximity to a walkway/cycleway that takes you to the lake and also to Sticky Forest for those who like to bike. Susan has thought of everything. Cosy beds, relaxing living area and an amazing fire. Highly recommend.

Great house, location and host

We had an amazing time at Sue’s property. The house was amazing, great layout with a fabulous deck for afternoon and evening sun, a real sun trap and perfect spot for relaxing in the sun after a day on the lake. It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment you could possibly need in the kitchen. Sue was great to deal with, clear and prompt communication where needed throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come again.

Perfect !

From beginning to end very enjoyable. The house was perfect for our extended family to stay in. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious. Enjoyed coming 'home' after a day in the snow and were happy to be able to be able to use the garage. We would recommend this property to anyone and we would certainly be back. Wanaka choose us! We have holidayed in Wanaka for years and now we can share that with other people in our fully equipped house. Hubby loves to cook, so the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Its peaceful, clean and has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful outlook to the mountains and lake. A couch that seems to make you want to just relax and watch TV or read a book!! Great place to get away from our busy lives and just relax.
