Recently renovated, 2 bedroom house with all new facilities.

8 mins from JR Yamanote line Komagome Station.

Direct and easy access by JR: Ikebukuro:7 min. ,Ueno:10 min. ,Shinjuku and Akihabara:15 min.

2 mins walk to 24h convenience store, 8 mins walk to 24h Izakaya!!

Sento (Japanese public bathhouse) is right next to the house.

Free Wifi and internet TV for use.



The Space:

This house has two separate bedrooms.



1st floor -----

Kitchen: Stove with 2 burners+fish grill, microwave, fridge, kettle, rice cooker, cutlery and kitchenware.

Bathroom: The toilet and bathroom is separated, washlet function and washing machine are provided.



2nd floor -----

2 Bedrooms: The maximum capacity is 7 people.

Western style room: 1 double bed and 1 single futon

Japanese style room: 1 double futon and 3 single futons (Japanese traditional style of bedding)



One toilet on each floor!



Guest Access:

Welcome to stay at my house, please treat it as your second home!



The Neighborhood:

✓ 20 seconds walk to Sento (Japanese public bathhouse ) !

✓ 1-minute walk to Shopping street, supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, second clothes shop etc.

✓ 8-minute walk to yakitori, sukiyaki, ramen, Izakaya, bakery etc.



Getting Around:

✓ 8 mins from JR Yamanote line Komagome Station.

✓ There's a paid parking 100 meters from my places.



Other Things to Note:

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Stay

• Children over 2 years old count as adults. No baby beds or high chairs.

• Long stays (28+ nights): utilities are free up to ¥12,000/month; extra usage will be charged.

• If daily consumables run out, please purchase your own replacements.



🛋️ Beds & Linens

• Beds are provided according to the number of guests (e.g., 2 guests = 1 double).

• If guests want to use more beds than the number of guests, there will be an extra bedding fee (e.g., 2 guests using 2 beds = ¥2,000/bed).

• Extra beds (sofa bed or futon) come with bedding, but you need to set them up yourself.

• Each guest receives 1 towel set for the entire stay.

• Extra towels: ¥700 per set (request before arrival).

• Extra sheet & duvet set: ¥2,000 per set.

• Please note the bed configuration of each room; not every room can accommodate extra beds.



🚫 Not Allowed

• No parties, events, pets, smoking (in the room, balcony, property, or street), or unregistered guests.

• No shoes inside.

• No illegal substances.



📏 Respect the Property

• Quiet hours: after 9:00 PM.

• Turn off AC when going out.

• Late check-out will incur extra fees.

• Lost keys: replacement fee ¥29,000.

• Handle furniture with care. No rearranging. Damages must be compensated.

• Wash dishes after use.



🚮 Garbage & Toilet

• Sort garbage properly. If taking out trash, tie bags tightly.

• Large items (e.g., suitcases, strollers) cannot be disposed of in regular trash.

• If you need to throw them away, please contact us in advance. Additional disposal fees will apply. (suitcase=1,500yen stroller=5,000, others contact us)

• Only toilet paper (roll in the toilet) may be flushed. Other items will cause clogs and repair fees 50,000 yen.



⚠️ Emergencies & Legal

• Do not press the emergency button unless it’s a real emergency (false alarm fee: ¥1,500).

• By Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a passport copy via our online check-in form before arrival.

• For safety, maintenance, or urgent issues, you agree to allow our authorized staff to enter the room when necessary, even during your stay.
