Location, Location! This peaceful waterfront apartment is the perfect place for your next holiday.
Situated in the heart of Coles Bay, the property is located as close to the water as you can get.
Lying back on the sofa you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Bay and The Hazards, while taking in the activities on the waterfront at the busy boat ramp - often a hive of activity especially in the summer.

Just a short walk away, less than a 100 meters, you'll find the General Store and the popular cafe/ restaurant called "Geographe". The coffee is great! The Pizzas are yum.
This ground floor apartment boasts a spacious open living area, (the living, dining and kitchen all in one space) with the most amazing view. Some people have dubbed it the "fish bowl", as the living area is all glass. You can quietly look out, but as the glass is tinted it is quite private.
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner that has been recently installed. It will be helpful on the occasional summer's day when it is hot, but make it cosy and comfortable in the winter.
There are new beds and the owners have also installed WiFi and you can log in for free.

Features:
- Modern clean facilities
- Gas Cook-top
- Microwave
- Full size fridge
- Flat screen TV
- DVD player
- Spacious main bedroom with Queen size bed.
- Roomy second bedroom with 2 single beds
- All linen and lovely soft towels supplied plus soap and shampoo etc.
- Hairdryer
- Free WiFi

At the back of the property you'll find a seating area with an amazing view of the Hazards and the water. This space is available for you to use.
This magical spot in Coles Bay has been the owners family's favourite holiday spot for many years. But unfortunately, as half of their children and grandchildren have moved interstate, they do not visit as often as they used to, or would like. So they have decided to let others enjoy this magnificent spot and make wonderful memories like they have.
This downstairs unit is totally self contained.

Location:
Coles Bay is nestled below the spectacular Hazards Peaks which are part of the world renowned Freycinet Peninsula.
Driving to Coles Bay from the north or south you pass some of the best wineries on the East Coast. You can also stop on Coles Bay Road to try some fine, fresh Tasmanian seafood.
While you're in Coles Bay, enjoy a relaxing walk along the expanses of beautiful beaches or relax in the quiet bays throughout the National Park.
Take a 45 minute return walk to the Wineglass Bay Lookout or go even further to explore the magnificent Freycinet Peninsula.
Coles Bay provides activities for all ages, experiences and tastes, including swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, flying, kayaking, quad-biking, cruising, hiking and much more! Not to mention the fine dining experiences and coffee available within walking distance.
Take the kids to the playground, tennis courts or the outdoor summer picture theatre at the National Park Visitors Centre.
Dine out in Coles Bay or take a 30 minute trip to Bicheno or Swansea, or cook your fresh catch of fish on the barbecue at our cottage accommodation.
Or just sit back and relax on the beach enjoying the stunning scenery and the ambience.

Property location was amazing, lounge room overlooks the jetty and was very comfortably. Overall was a great experience. The light in the bathroom was not working so had to use heat light which was annoying and upon arrival towels were missing. The towels situation was fixed straight away. The restaurant/cafe and grocery store just around the corner was really good and convenient.

the location was excellent however with the lack of washing facilities , no dishwasher and no microwave safe dishes we thought that the property was over priced

Bella Vista
A lovely place and an excellent base to call home for 3 days. Well appointed and located close to Freycinet National Park Close to the local shops and a fantastic cafe Geographye. Awesome Coffee and Muffins. It is opposite the boat ramp but don't let that put you off it is far enough away to not be noisy. We had a lovely bbq one night and the next fresh lobster and oysters from the local oyster farm. Magnificent!
