Exquisite Custom-built home in the prestigious gated community of WaterSound Beach! This amazing home has 5 en-suite bedrooms total - 4 in the Main House and an additional bedroom in the carriage house. The Main House also has an 3 story elevator & all encompassing Gulf views from the Tower. This home's Private Pool can be heated for an additional fee of only $45 per day ($180 minimum). The list of custom features are endless and designed to maximize the special indoor/outdoor connection of this home. Inside, the interior spaces include incredible finishes throughout such as walnut floors, marble and granite countertops, custom wood moldings, 200-year-old reclaimed beams, plus Sub Zero & Wolf appliances. Outside, there are two amazing 8' rain walls dramatically splashing 10' down into an over-sized square pool, along with numerous spacious porches where you can relax. The Main House has 2 fully equipped kitchens plus a 3rd kitchen in Carriage Home, perfect for large families.

This beachfront community boasts a network of winding, wooden boardwalks, bridges and trails that connect the community’s homes, cottages and condominiums, offering picture-perfect views of a largely untouched and uncrowded stretch of white-sand beach. The rare Coastal Lake of Camp Creek allows for kayaking, boating, yolo boarding, and long walks on many scenic winding boardwalks.

Activities are abundant all along Scenic Hwy 30-A and South Walton. Eclectic shops, unique galleries, and award - winning dining are all a part of the area's distinct character. Outdoor activities are abundant within the four state parks, a state forest, 15 rare coastal dune lakes and the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful home with 5 bedrooms including carriage house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. They had bicycles and a golf cart for use around the neighborhood. We rode bikes to the Big Chill and used the golf cart to go to the beach. We hired people to set up beach chairs since we were a family of 7 adults and one infant. We rented a crib for the baby and it made it so easy. Everything was beautifully maintained and it even had an elevator for luggage and groceries We would stay there again!!

A great house, just not a good fit for us! The layout of the house was not conducive to the two families staying. The layout of the house is very awkward. The first floor has one bedroom, the second floor has one bedroom and the main living space, while the third floor has two rooms with two bathrooms. It would’ve been a better fit for us had the main living space had two rooms instead of the third floor. Also, on the first floor is a half bath. The second floor, where the main living space is located, only had a master bath. No hall half bath. The golf cart was not in the best condition. All four of us took it to the beach and didn’t know if it would make it up the boardwalk on the way back. Also, there are not many wash cloths in the home. I only noticed one per bathroom. As far as checking in, the process was so smooth. Linda and Karen are great to work with! A beautiful property overall.

Raegan, thank you so much for your valuable feedback on our private beach home. We did test the Golf Cart today and noted it needed water added to 8 batteries, which is why it drove a bit sluggish on hills. Now it works perfectly. The Floor Plan of home I designed, is meant to spread out guests over 3 floors for the utmost privacy. Thus, there are 5 different Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms and additional living spaces on each floor for reading or relaxing. The home boasts 3 full kitchens for generational cooking for big families. The elevator services all 3 floors as it heads up to the tower for best views. Then the huge screened porch overlooking boardwalk, offers additional privacy for our guests in addition of a Grill Porch and 2 more porches on 2nd/3rd floors. Also the home has a connector b/n the Carriage House and Main Home on 2nd floor, allowing easy access to the Main Kitchen, Dining & Living Room which has worked well with many Bachelorette Groups and Wedding Parties. We also encourage our guests to hire private chefs, as the kitchen has 2 enormous islands, 2 sinks, 2 Dishwashers and a large Dining Room 6 bar stools. We added 4 washcloths for each bathroom this week, for future guests to have ample towel sets. Thank you for your compliment regarding our customer service, as we truly strive to make sure each guests has a wonderful vacation stay. Finally, we do have a full time maintenance person who can assist guests with anything during their stay.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The house with all its furnishings were fabulous.

I would recommend staying at this house. There is enough room accommodate 10 people comfortably. The beach is close by and the view is spectacular. There is also a large pool close to the house. There are many wonderful restaurants and stores near by.

Phil, I am so happy your group enjoyed their stay at Watersound Beach, it is really a dreamy family vacation spot with so much beauty to enjoy in this Gated Community. Your children are super safe, there are no wild parties allowed with teens unsupervised, and our Coastal Lake (Camp Creek Lake), is spectacular to walk around or kayak. I live on the Lake, and we kayak daily. Deer Lake State Park is right next door, but the 30’ high dunes at Watersound Beaches are the best in our area along Hwy 30A. I hope you can return soon for your next vacation, and I can certainly recommend an excellent private chef to cook for your group. (Chef Kali), and her 5 course dinners are amazing.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our group of 10 enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. The proximity to the beach was very walkable. The beach itself was very nice and not overcrowded. We initially had a few minor issues that we reached out to the property manager about. The property manager was prompt in her response and quickly addressed the issues which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect home for families or couples

We had a two week stay in this gorgeous home. Having the bedrooms located on several floors , plus a carriage house, was very conducive to privacy and comfort. This house is a very short distance to the beach, which was the most uncrowded we have been to on 30a. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The crows nest has beautiful ocean views and is the perfect place to see the sunset. The Watersound neighborhood is gorgeous and would be hard to top! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Incredible property

We had an amazing time while staying at this beautiful property. My only complaint is that the kitchen did not seem adequately furnished with plates, bowls, glasses and servingware. There were no serving platters or bowls of any type and I had to purchase my own to have what I needed for serving meals.

First of all, let me thank you for taking your valuable time to review this Watersound home. I am so sorry about this shortage of serving bowls/platters, etc. We did supply enough plates, silverware and glasses for 12 in main kitchen, so not sure what happened to all these items now missing.. We will try to order more of matching items to complete the kitchen along with serving bowls and platters, it could be they were just hiding in the many cabinets and hard to find. Thank you so much for letting me know about this kitchen situation and we so appreciate your stay with us. I hope you will return soon to enjoy time with your family at the beach.

Fantastic location, beautiful home

The home is gorgeous and perfectly situated in Watersound. Walking distance to the beach. Bike to the Hub. We had a delay during the check-in process and some minor maintenance issues, all of which were promptly addressed. The owner, Karen, was extremely helpful. Handy man, Kevin, was outstanding. Would unquestionably rent again. Highly recommend.

Watersound is best known for the longest private beach, accessible by Golf Cart unlike any other communities. The pristine tall white dunes look like a fairy tale as the winding boardwalks allow one to enjoy the beauty of nature. Our private beach is never more than 1 row deep of guests, all enjoying long walks for over a mile as far as Deer Lake State Park and Camp Creek Lake. It is the epitome of the best nature offers.

What makes this property unique

This property was custom designed by renowned Harrison Designs of Atlanta, GA. The Owner hand-selected this bike-path lot, that offers extreme privacy 4 Homes off the Beach. The 4-story Tower offers the best Gulf Views around, where one can work or play all day and enjoy the water views. Then there is the Gourmet massive Kitchen that has 2 additional islands, Sub-Zero/Wolf Appliances, two farmhouse sinks, 2 dishwashers, seating for 4 at island, then a private dining area with hand-made brick wall and 200 year old beams. This kitchen deserves a private chef for the most incredible dining experience (we recommend Chef Kali). Or kick back, don’t cook, just order take-out. Enjoy also the home’s 2 other kitchens. The first floor kitchen overlooks the pool and boasts a coffee bar, cooktop, full fridge, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink area. Then the Carriage House has its own kitchen for its guests to enjoy. Overall, the 5 master suites with en-suite bathrooms offer spectacular privacy as though each couple have their own oasis. The 3 story elevator allows quick access to all 3 floors plus tower and allows ease for our older visitors to move around the home. The best feature of home is the outdoor living spaces with 2 screened porches, a massive Tower, a connector to Carriage House, 2 other porches off Master Suites, and a Front porch bordering the Boardwalk. Take the Gulf Cart all the way to the beach, no need to walk. And lastly, the rare two 12’ Rain Walls provide amazing relaxing sounds as you sit by our private pool.
