Comfortable 3 bedroom house (one suite) in condominium with swimming pools and beach service at 50mts from Canto do Moreira on Maresias beach (entrance 20) ....
There are 3 bedrooms and one suite plus a bathroom.
Rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
In the rooms we have ceiling fan and kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and basic cooking utensils.
We also have a balcony with barbecue available.
Our space accommodates well 3 couples (or family of up to 7 people) we are in a quiet and familiar condominium, near the most charming part of Maresias beach.
Markets, bakeries and the center are within 2.5 km, a pleasant walk.
Our condo offers 2 pools, game room and laundry facilities. Two car spaces within the condominium (one predetermined and the other rotating)
It also offers beach service for your convenience.
We have beach tents and condo chairs that can be used by guests.
We live in Maresias, and we will always be available if you need it, in person or by phone, as needed.
Our condo is very quiet, so loud noises and noises that may disturb neighbors are not allowed, and we ask for silence between 22hrs and 08hrs ....
