About this property

Pet Friendly 3-bedroom townhouse so close to Disney you can hear the fireworks!

Emerald Island Resort is a Gated Community with a 24/7 security guard at the gate. The Community is very peaceful and tranquil, ideal for families and guests in search for a satisfying relaxing time with the peace of mind of being in a safe place.

With the backyard facing the forest and a very beautiful nature trail near by, your fur babies will enjoy their nice walk inside the community as well. We only charge $75/ per pet per stay.

The distance to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot Parking lot 9.5 miles, to the Animal Kingdom 5.5 miles and to the Hollywood Studios Park is 7 miles. It is so close you can hear the fireworks at night!

Emerald Island Resort is also very close to many other main attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World and World class shopping, dinning and entertainment.

Emerald Island is close to Interstate 4 which will take you to the Space Centre and Cocoa Beach to the east (drive time approx 1 hour) and to Tampa, Clearwater, Busch Gardens and the west Gulf coast (drive time just over 1 hour).

Unlike many of other houses here, our 3 bedrooms townhouse is away from the main community access road. It is located right in front of the forest therefore, really quiet and peaceful. The house has a queen size master bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony facing the forest, another Queen size bedroom and a twin beds Room share a full bathroom upstairs.

All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, TV in each. The home has very efficient heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make catering for you and your family easy including a dishwasher.

All linens and towels are provided as well as hair dryers.

The utility room has a full sized washer, dryer, iron and board.
As the home backs onto a forest you will find it very tranquil especially after a long day out.

After a day out go back and relax using the communities facilities such as swimming pool, Hot Tub whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness Room, Tennis courts, Basketball, Beach Volleyball and Shuffleboard at no extra cost to you, plus there are two playground sets for the little ones. They are only a few yards from the house.

The Clubhouse has a business center, WIFI internet access, a meeting room and large lounge area.

This is a great place and location to spend an action packed holiday or for a perfect business-fun combination!

Great family vacation rental

We really loved our stay. Condo had everything we needed and it was even decorated for Christmas which was great surprise. Mia is an amazing host and was very responsive to anything we asked or needed. Very close drive to parks and restaurants etc. Resort grounds are well kept and pool etc. we’re great! Highly recommend!

Perfect home for Orlando getaway !

The property is located in a beautiful resort with amenities you’d expect. Super close to Margueritaville, WDW (all properties) and Universal. We were able to bring our dogs with us which is important to us. The host Mia was great and the bills was clean and they had everything in the kitchen we needed ! It’s across the street from the nature park and just a quick walk down the road to the clubhouse and amazing and relaxing pool and tiki bar 😎 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when are in the area.

In town for an sporting event

This was a beautiful property, in a great neighborhood. It was conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and a cool Waterpark!! The home looks exactly like the pictures and we loved walking our dogs each day on trail. However, the best thing about this property was the amazing host, Mia!! She was very responsive, extremely kind and considerate. Our family needed to check in early and decided at the last minute to stay an extra day, she was very accommodating with all our request. Thank you so much the amazing hospitality. We will definitely stay here again!❤️

Disgusting and uncomfortable!

There were dead worms, centipedes and bugs all over the floors both upstairs and down. All three toilets were black and disgusting, I had to clean the toilets and bathrooms and wash all of the sheets and pillow cases. The carpet is gross and the house smelled as if it was it hasn’t been stayed in for over a year. The owners were quick to getting back in touch with me after my email but I will be sure to stay clear of this property when booking in the near future.

Look no further! You've found home away from home!

If you're a middle class family who enjoys a place that is "lived in," yet clean, affordable, a great location, & with amazing hosts, look no further! The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 in cleanliness is because I can see where others who may have a perfectionist standard of living would find this place not as fresh or new as perhaps Disney. The kitchen was big enough for my daughter-in-law & wife to make meals each day AND Easter dinner. It was a good thing there was a breakfast bar to put the meals on to serve, but the dinner table was big enough for our family of 6.5 which made us very happy. If you have a mobile, infant, toddler, or small child, you'll want to bring a baby gate for the stairs & high chair or booster. Short of that, our family of six adults and one toddler found this to be a fabulous get away. We were all comfortable in the large living room. The dog & baby enjoyed the privacy of the back yard & the baby enjoyed playground. The water pressure in the showers was excellent & even little shampoos were provided! Our family was grateful to have a place close to the grocery, Walmart, Epcot, and to have gracious hosts who were genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay & had everything we needed. We intend to come back next year to take the young one to Animal Kingdom. As long as this condo isn't booked, this is where our family will stay; our home away from home!

Emerald Island fun

We loved this place. Very clean and the added tv amenities were a plus. The unit was very close to the pool (which has a bar). I love emerald island because of how close it is to Walmart and Starbucks.

Cozy and clean...perfect for a comfortable last minute getaway

Needed a last minute, pet friendly place to stay for a week and could not have been more pleased with this location. Beautiful resort setting and a lovely house, inside and out. Larger than expected as well! Owners were extremely prompt and helpful with all questions, even late at night. Had some trouble with security getting in and out of the property the first night but otherwise a pleasant stay. Thanks so much!

We have experience ourselves the hospitality of many families on many places where we stay and it is our joy to be able to host and meet new friends.

Why they chose this property

The townhome is nestled within the Emerald Island Resort Community. It offers a unique vacation resort feel while providing a home environment where you will feel at home and not in a hotel. The wooded area in the back as well as the nature walk just a few steps away allows a contact with the wonderful Florida Nature that will make you feel you are in a country side location while being so close to Disney you can actually hear the fireworks at night if you are standing outside. Furthermore there is ample free parking and amenities such as communal pool, spa, gym, game room, clubhouse, business center, Tiki bar, Tennis Courts in case you decide to spend a few days just here. Access to world class cuisine, supermarkets and the famous Orlando area shopping outlets and malls are all within a few miles drive.
