While somewhat secluded, just steps into the woodland, you will be, literally, only a "drive" away from world class golf, a "cast" away from fine fishing, and a leisurely stroll from fine dining - with the privacy and comforts of a home.
Villa Toledo is in a small grouping of exclusive villas - with beautiful landscaping, crystal clear swimming pool, and a lovely gazebo-on-the-water for relaxing or fishing. Villa Toledo offers a selection of several villas and a choice of three or four bedroom combinations for your pleasure.

Villa 4 is located at Bailey Bluff next to Cypress Bend Resort and Golf Course. Villa 4 has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. You have use of the swimming pool to enjoy or just sit and relax. Villa 4 will sleep up to 10 people you have a King bed, Full bed, 2 twins and 1 bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There is a sleeper sofa bed in the living room. From the living room, dinning room and kitchen you have a open area with a view of the lake. From the master bedroom you have a deck looking out over the lake. If you are a golfer just walk across to the Golf Pro Shop. Cypress Bend State Park is just a short distant if you are bringing a boat and planning on fishing. The villas at Bailey Bluff are great for family reunions if you have a large group you can book more than one Villa.

Great Weekend Getaway

Family and I absolutely loved the property. Perfect size to accommodate everyone and everything was per the description. Highly recommend to a family looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Listing not Clear

The listing for the property is not clear that it is a Villa within a group (~10) of other Villas which all share a pool and a boat house; listing says Private Pool Boathouse which is factually correct but clearly they are obfuscating that it is shared. This is probably why there are no outside photos. Communication with site manager was good when power went out for 12 hours, which seems to be a regular occurrence.

Great spot

We were running from hurricane Ida, last minute trip, beautiful lake views, excellent golf course nearby, fishing charter was 20 minutes away. We had a great time, the condo nice and comfortable.
