The hardest part was having to go out every day and take our children to a pool somewhere else because ours was unusable; I spent a very, very unpleasant week.

Hi Juan, We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating the pool situation was due to the temporary closure of the resort’s communal pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed by the resort for necessary repairs during your stay, which was entirely outside our control. For guest safety, a facility requiring repair simply cannot remain open for use. Our team addressed the reported concerns during the stay, and we regret the inconvenience this caused your family.

The house was great. Communication with the host was good also. But not having use of the pool and other amenities was terrible. From 6/22-6/26 we had no use of anything.
