116 yr old "Green" remodeled, 3 story farmhouse; two freshwater ponds and streams, gym, hot tub, spa, large fenced in yard, washer/ dryer, Child friendly, small beach and play area, Deck/Docks, and Porches, Doggy door, pet friendly, Tin Roof, We've had as many as 100 people sleep over~ Sorry, no air-condition but we have cool breezes, screen doors and summer nights~ There's camping for the kids, primitive living or keep with the times [your choice]~ This home will always be a work in progress and it is not for the faint of heart; Steps for the cardio enthusiast~ We have it all; bike trails, hiking trails, surrounded by three Lakes; Claytor, Philpot and Smith Mountain natures quite a Lady here with Harmony and Peace always visiting~ Find your Happy Feed our ducks, pick a veggie and herb, grill-out, grab a friend and invite a friend~ Neighbors will stop to say hello, travelers will blow and you will know you made it home~
