Living and relaxation

The open-concept living area offers a comfortable place to recharge, featuring a large sectional, TV, and an indoor fireplace set beneath vaulted ceilings that enhance the sense of space. Wide windows bring in forest views and soft natural light, giving the room a soothing atmosphere ideal for slow mornings and fireside evenings as snow blankets the scenery outside. Heating and portable fans support a comfortable stay throughout the season.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen provides the essentials you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're fueling up before heading to the mountain or settling in for dinner after a day outdoors. The dining table seats six, and a private patio with a BBQ grill offers a quiet spot to step into the crisp winter air. A hot water kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and dining table support easy mealtimes, while the washer and dryer add day-to-day convenience.



Sleeping arrangements

Up to six guests can make themselves at home across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, closet, and small patio, along with an ensuite featuring a shower, bathtub, and single vanity. Two main-level bedrooms each offer a king-split bed that can convert to twins, making the layout well-suited for families or groups. A second bathroom on the main level includes a shower and single vanity for added convenience.



Outdoor living and amenities

Winter days wrap up comfortably with access to a shared hot tub in the Painted Cliff complex. The private patio gives you an easy way to take in the quiet, snow-dusted surroundings. Additional amenities include a mudroom with a ski rack, designated bike storage in the underground parking garage, a safe, private entrance, and high-speed wifi with a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.



Access and location

Seasonal ski access via Merlin’s Run makes it simple to reach the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair when the snow is on. The townhouse sits close to Whistler Village for dining and essentials, yet maintains a peaceful setting tucked among the trees, allowing you to enjoy both convenience and quiet.



Additional details

This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog, and self check-in is easy with a smart lock. One vehicle can be parked in the free parking garage, with free street parking also available. Guests will find essentials such as linens, towels, and bathroom basics provided, along with key safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Long term stays are welcome, and a private entrance ensures a comfortable arrival each time you return.



Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
