The Space:

Inside, vaulted ceilings and the glow of the indoor fireplace welcome you back to warmth and quiet. Evenings end with a soak in the private hot tub, steam rising into the crisp mountain sky.
Set at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the peaceful Benchlands neighbourhood, this townhouse offers seasonal ski access and a comfortable retreat after winter adventures. The open-concept living area blends space and light, with forest views just beyond the patio doors. A mudroom at the entrance keeps ski gear organized for easy mornings in and out.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the deck. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed and access to the deck as well. A second bathroom includes another bathtub with overhead shower. In the living room, a sofa bed accommodates one additional guest, allowing the home to sleep five comfortably.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining table that seats eight. Share breakfast before heading to the mountain or gather for a relaxed dinner after a day outdoors.
Outdoor space
The private patio includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, extending your living space into the alpine setting. The private hot tub provides a soothing way to unwind after skiing or exploring the trails.
Amenities
Enjoy two secure underground parking spots, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, heating, and an indoor fireplace for added comfort throughout the season. Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival seamless.
Ski access
Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends near approximately 100 stairs that lead down to the neighbourhood, and ski-out requires returning up the same stairs to reconnect with the trail.
The Benchlands location offers a quiet setting while remaining just a short drive from Whistler Village and the gondolas.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nestled in Whistler’s peaceful Benchlands at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, Cedar Creek offers a serene alpine escape just steps from the slopes. Guests enjoy forested surroundings, a sense of privacy, and easy access to Whistler Village, with its cafés, restaurants, and shops. Year-round, the area invites outdoor adventures along nearby trails and Lost Lake, combining tranquillity with the convenience of village life.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Stairs. Access to this property is via 25 stairs with multiple landings
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
