Outside, the mountain rests quietly under winter skies, while inside, vaulted ceilings and soft light create a calm, unhurried atmosphere. After a day on the slopes or wandering the Village, the space invites you to slow down, settle in, and feel at home in the alpine stillness.
Living Space
Set at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the Benchlands neighborhood, this townhouse offers ski-in/ski-out access when conditions allow, placing you close to the mountain while surrounded by forest. The open living area brings everyone together, with tall ceilings and a fireplace forming a natural gathering point for evenings spent unwinding after cold-weather adventures. Large windows draw in winter light and tree-lined views, while the layout keeps the space comfortable and easy to share.
Sleeping Arrangements
The home sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The primary bedroom features a king bed and opens directly onto the deck with access to the hot tub, making early mornings and late nights especially inviting. An ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed, well suited for families or friends, along with its own access to the deck. A second full bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower is located nearby. The living room sofa bed accommodates one additional guest.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is designed for relaxed winter evenings indoors, with ample space to cook and gather without feeling crowded. Everything you need to prepare meals is on hand, and the adjoining dining area seats eight comfortably - ideal for lingering dinners, shared breakfasts before skiing, or warming up with hot drinks after a day outside.
Outdoor Living
Step onto the deck from the living area or bedrooms and take in the quiet of the surrounding trees and ski runs. The hot tub offers a welcome contrast to crisp winter air, and the BBQ and outdoor seating extend the living space year-round, depending on conditions. A private entrance and mudroom help keep skis and gear organized, making transitions in and out simple and efficient.
Ski Access
When weather permits, ski directly from the Cedar Creek complex onto Merlin’s Run, a Green Line trail connecting to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal and dependent on snow levels, typically available during the core winter months.

During your stay, you’ll have access to in-unit laundry, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, and thoughtful home safety features. Two secure underground parking spots are available, along with free street parking. Self check-in via lockbox allows for a smooth arrival, and luggage dropoff is available for added flexibility.

The Benchlands combines a peaceful setting with easy access to Whistler Village via the free shuttle. Cafes, restaurants, shops, and winter trails are all close by, offering a balance of seclusion and connection throughout the season.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nestled in Whistler’s peaceful Benchlands at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, Cedar Creek offers a serene alpine escape just steps from the slopes. Guests enjoy forested surroundings, a sense of privacy, and easy access to Whistler Village, with its cafés, restaurants, and shops. Year-round, the area invites outdoor adventures along nearby trails and Lost Lake, combining tranquillity with the convenience of village life.

• Stairs. Access to this property is via 25 stairs with multiple landings
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
