The Space:

Soft winter light filters through tall evergreens as snow settles quietly across the Blackcomb Benchlands. After a day on the mountain, you slip out of boots and layers, warm up by the fireplace, and ease into the hot tub as the forest grows still around you. This end-unit townhome offers a calm, comfortable base for winter days spent skiing, walking snowy trails, or simply slowing down together.



The space

The home is spread across multiple levels and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, offering both privacy and flexibility.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with heated floors, a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. On a lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with its own ensuite and glass shower. Another bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as twins, paired with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, well suited for families or groups.



Living areas

The main living area feels bright and open, with vaulted ceilings and large windows that frame forest and mountain views. Comfortable seating gathers around the presto log fireplace, creating a natural spot to relax in the evenings. A TV is available for movie nights, and a dedicated workspace near the primary bedroom provides a quiet place to read or work. Window air-conditioning is available in the living room and primary bedroom, with heating throughout the home.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. You can cook with ease and gather at either the breakfast nook or the round dining table, each seating six. Just off the main floor, a balcony offers outdoor furniture and a BBQ, ready for use year-round when conditions allow.



Outdoor living

Outdoor space includes a lower deck with a hot tub tucked into a sheltered setting, ideal for unwinding after time on the slopes. A spacious mudroom with storage makes it easy to manage winter gear. Secure underground parking for two vehicles is available, along with an EV charger (fees apply).



Neighborhood

Set in the quiet, forested Blackcomb Benchlands, the home offers seasonal ski access from Lower Cruiser Run on Blackcomb Mountain when snow conditions allow. Lost Lake and nearby trails are within walking distance, and a free shuttle close by connects you to Whistler Village and the Upper Village for dining, shopping, and lift access.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.

• 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There are two wall air conditioners, one in the dining room and one in the primary bedroom, each controlled by a panel on the unit.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
