The Space:

Soft winter light filters across the surrounding peaks as you settle into this Whistler townhome, a quiet retreat designed for evenings by the fire and unhurried mornings before heading to the slopes. Wrap yourself in the warmth of heated interiors after crisp mountain outings, or step onto the deck where steam rises from the hot tub against the cool air. With room for your group to reconnect between ski days, the home offers a calm base in a season shaped by snow and winding trails.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across two levels, the townhome sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, TV with cable, and a private balcony. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each include a double bed and direct access to the wrap-around deck where the private hot tub sits beneath open winter skies. On the main level, the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and patio access. A powder room on this floor adds extra convenience.



Living spaces

The main level’s open-concept design brings together exposed log posts and beams, vaulted ceilings, and generous windows that draw in natural light during shorter winter days. A family room with TV and cable creates an inviting spot to unwind, while a separate living area with a gas fireplace provides a quieter place to read or warm up after skiing. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.



Getting Around:

This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.

• The Goldenwood complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
