This is the newly built Avida Riala Towers on Jose Maria del Mar Street. It was opening 2018. It's a 2 Bedroom apartment for 4 guest. We live and work in Switzerland. But our sister will manage it locally there. We can clean it up for extra fee, whenever you need it. The apartment is located on the 18th floor with a great view until Lapu Lapu.
About the swimming pool. There is a pool planned but is still in construction. It will open at the end of 2019.

This apartment is very central in IT Park. There is the Ayala mall nearby where you can find almost everything for shopping. Also there is a Golf Course and a Casino. Also there are many restaurants.
