Garden-level 3-bedroom Park Shore condo - Beautifully renovated!

Garden level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in desirable Park Shore. Renovated with brand new tile floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining table for 6, high-end furniture, and art, all spread out over spacious 1,500 sq ft. Private Park Shore Association beach and beach park is just blocks away (we provide our guests with a beach pass). The decor is casual and contemporary with a beachy feel. Master bedroom has king bed and bathroom ensuite, first guest bedroom has a queen, and second guest bedroom has two twins. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. The lanai is the ideal setting to enjoy morning coffee or an adult beverage at the end of the day. Our condo is close to Fresh Market and other grocery stores, as well as all that Naples has to offer in the way of shopping, restaurants, and activities.Amenities include a heated pool just 50 yards away (close but not too close!), poolside sauna, shuffleboard courts & social club room. Conveniently located to fine shopping, dining, entertainment and the beach.
There is a covered parking space. 28 night minimum stay. Come enjoy our vacation home.

This is a great place to stay in Naples. It's within walking distance to the Gulf, many restaurants and shops. The condo is roomy and furnished nicely. So glad to have found it!

We had a great stay in this unit. The complex is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. The unit is beautifully furnished and looks to have been remodeled recently. All the comforts of home and more! I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family

This condo is beautiful, neat, clean, modern and is in the best location. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Love that the pool was just a few steps away. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, shopping centers and restaurants.

Impeccable and fabulous location.

Impeccable, well stocked condo near everything that you need to have a relaxing experience.New and up to date furnishings and decorations. Location, location, location. Everything you need or want is just a walk or bike ride away. Had a great time! We will definately be back. Great retreat from the cold north!
