We had a group of 10 people stay and it was a great weekend. The kitchen was outfitted well, the hot tub was super and everything ran really smoothly with checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.
One of the nicer properties we have stayed at. Very roomy and a great location: nearby all amenities needed and only a 5 minute drive to the base.
Will be back for sure.
Stayed with our family (2 adults 11yo and 3yo) and our family from out-of-town (2 adults 4yo). The place was perfect for our two families. The kids happily stayed in the room with double bunkbeds and the adults had the other rooms. Everything was modern, clean, and well equipped - it had everything we needed. The big hits: hot tub, fireplace, and basketball hoop in the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent house, everything you need and close to winter sports
Property was immaculate, stocked fully with all the necessities, everything was very nice and in great shapw-couch, beds, kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub. We had two families, 2 couples and three kids ages 7 to 10. Even has fun games in house and garage. Really close to tubing and short drive to ski.

Thanks Marie for a great review & for staying with us! It was such a pleasure to host you guys and we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Come back and visit anytime.
We had a great time at the Blue Bear. The home is clean, well-appointed, and beautiful--just as described. Our family loved the shuffleboard table and have since ordered our own. Hot tub was a lifesaver after being on the slopes. If you are a x-country skier, just head out the back door for some amazing nordic trails. Thanks for welcoming our family. We'll be back!
This rental was a very clean and well furnished for our visit to explore RMNP and the area. We checked in and walked to the neighborhood brewery and food truck. We also enjoyed walking the trail in the mornings and stopping at the close by coffee shop.
This house is in a quiet neighborhood. A few times a day there is a train that travels just beyond the backyard. It didn't bother us but if you're a light sleeper it may.

Clean, new, and well located home that provided everything our group of 10 needed. Walk to the Lift, (Ski Shuttle) stop just steps from your driveway. No need to deal with the hassle of parking at Mary Jane/ Winter Park! You can also walk to the Fraser sled hill too.
Safeway is only about a half mile away and there are several places to eat around as well.
Enjoy this lovely home!
The property is beautiful and in an overall wonderful location except the trains at night. Nothing to be done about them but it did wake the kids up at 2 and 4 in the morning both nights we were there. Otherwise lovely kitchen, fantastic hot tub, gorgeous property overall!
Very clean and comfortable home for a weekend away. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Bedrooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Large living area accommodated our family of 5 very easily and has enough living space even if all 6 beds are used. Shuffleboard and hot tub were great amenities. Train does come through and does sound the horn at certain times, but did not affect our enjoyment of the house. Property management was fantastic to work with. Their communication was excellent and made for an easy stay. Would not hesitate to return.

The property was perfect. It was our family and another. 4 little girls. The setup was great. The kitchen/living room layout worked very well. Hot tub and grill. What more could you ask for. Heated garage for one of the cars. The property management company was great as well. They checked in via the app a bunch of times and were also able to provide dinner recommendations. We'll saty here again.

We had a great time, and this was a great place for our adult family of 8. Very clean. We cooked extensively, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of our busy days! This property was walking distance to the Fraser Tubing Hill, so that was great! There was also a nice trail that we walked behind the house. The house was conveniently located to all area attractions, and very easy to get to even with all the snow that the area received while we were there. My family loved the large lounging couch for watching movies, and the reading chair located in the master bedroom and in the upstairs open area were nice adds. We had a great time, and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The garage was heated and had plenty of space to house our snow clothes, boots, coats, etc.

This is a wonderful property very conveniently located near many great hikes. The property is in between Winter Park and Grand Lake, so there are lots of fun things to do in the area. The home is clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was nice in the evening after being so active in the day.
We feel we must mention, however, that a train track does run behind the house, and in the night a couple of trains (some of which are long freight trains) do go through. We stayed in the area in the winter, when the trains were less noticeable, because windows were closed. This home, like many mountain homes, does not have air conditioning as it cools down at night. With windows open at night, the train is more noticeable.
Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay in this home. Thank you for sharing it with us.
This house is much better than the pictures depict! The furniture is comfortable. Everything is new. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. There is a terrific basketball game in the garage. The hot tub is sweet! The views are incredible! Great property!
Excellent stay at Blue Bear, home was well equipped and a short drive to local golf courses, which was the main reason for our stay, but also to several restaurants and other attractions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and staff consistently texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Awesome property!
Absolutely perfect getaway spot! Close to many restaurants and Safeway AND Fraser tubing Hill — which was a huge hit with our family! I would highly recommend this rental!
Great house for the weekend for out of towners. Perfect location, great set up, very clean, and loved that they had full bottles of shampoo and conditioner for our stay. A major perk was the coffee pot AND Keurig and private hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!
Overall very great experience. Our kids did virtual school for 2 of our 3 weeks, while 2 other adults works so WiFi was solid at the new house. We enjoyed the hot tub daily, went snow tubing, snow shoeing in the limited RMNP.. We skied a ton and enjoyed nature’s gift of a ton of snow while we were there that I was able to cross country ski on the snow covered streets back through the neighborhood. We did not use the winter park bus to the mountain because of covid but figured out the early season ski parking. And got a locker. We felt pretty safe at Winter Park but we were there before the crowds. The reservation system on a Saturday didn’t really seem to keep numbers down. Some lifts 10 min wait and cold days you should chose to warm up early as they only allow so many inside at a time and no eating or drinking inside so a bit of a challenge if you have little ones but you can make it work. The house was cozy and worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids, kitchen well stocked but could use another set of silverware and a hand mixer, more towels. Heated floors are awesome but owners might want to leave directions for trick to temperature modulation as with heat set at 66 and gas fireplace going for awhile it would get up to 78 degrees. Heated garage for ski gear was awesome! Great location, great newer house, cozy, would definitely go back. Didn’t explore many restaurants, unfortunately because of covid but most doing take out.
Nice new home in new development. Had ample space for our family of four. We enjoyed making meals in the modern kitchen. Kitchen enjoyed shuffle board and basketball and riding bikes in the neighborhood. Our only complaint is there is a train track very close where trains come by 1-2x/day including nighttime. Didn't ruin our stay but worth calling out.

Thanks for staying at our home. The train runs through the middle of the entire town and does not blow it's horn anywhere near this home.
