Quiet Pacific Beach family vacation home

Newly renovated single story furnished home with fabulous Mission Bay and Beach views on a Cul de Sac in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy open concept living and dining with a generous back yard, all with spectacular water views. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and Downtown. Centrally located and near to all San Diego has to offer including San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Petco Park and the Padres, Balboa Park just to name a few. Appliances include cable TV, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and washer/dryer. Linens and towels are included and are to be kept on the property, renters should bring their own beach towels.
Please note minimum reservation is a 7 night stay with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Primary renters must be over the age of 35 and all occupants must be registered with owner. Children under the age of 18 may not be left alone in the home at any time. Parties, celebration or gatherings of more than the permitted 6 guests are not allowed in or on the premises. Pets and smoking, vaping or use of other electronic cigarettes or smoking devices are not allowed.

Excellent Stay

All superlatives re the home and manager Bre'an. Communication and responsiveness was exceptional and the home was every bit as advertised. This is an excellent quiet neighborhood convenient to all San Diego has to offer. It also proved an easy commute into downtown San Diego for work purposes; excellent neighborhood walking and quick drive to desired locales such as Mission Bay, La Jolla and the beach.

Fantastic house with all the amenities needed

Gorgeous view and the house is just as nice. Owner made check in a breeze and the property is the cleanest I have ever stayed in when renting. All the amenities needed to be self-sustaining. Will stay here anytime I am back in San Diego. Beach is a close drive along with tons of restaurants and night life.

Great house / Great host!

I can’t say enough good things about Bre’an and about this property. Very clean, well laid out and well appointed home with a beautiful backyard space for outdoor meals. Adorable family-oriented neighborhood and a quick drive to Pacific Beach and Trader Joe’s. Spacious kitchen if you’re feeling like cooking! Nightly fireworks visible from the home (Sea World) and you can even see the bay over the fence! Parking is no problem (driveway) and having two bathrooms was nice for our group of three. There’s even an office if someone needs to work, which we used and appreciated. Bre’an is lovely and responsive and very easy to work with - she was there with our keys as soon as we pulled up, and brought TP and paper towels right away. Anything we needed was provided, from a beach umbrella to a thinner blanket. We appreciated and used both AC units (Master and Living Room). Such a great home and host! Thank you, Bre’an!!

The Belloc property was perfect

We could not have asked for a better home to rent for our month long San Diego vacation. The home is spacious, has all the amenities you could need from fully stocked kitchen to plenty of towels, linens. It has every appliance you could need including a washer dryer and BBQ. The double tiered back patio is awesome and the views spectacular, the owners are gracious easy to talk to and are ready to take care of any issue that may arise. The location is perfect about 1.5 miles from the beach and 15 minutes from all the major attractions including down town and Little Italy. It afforded us the quiet of a beautiful residential community with the night life and fun of a big city within minutes. I highly recommend this property, it’s Awesome.

Amazing views in a clean well equipped house

My wife and I along with our two children stayed in the home for a week over spring break. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the beach (10min), grocery store (5min), restaurants (5min), airport (15min), and the freeway (5 min). We really enjoyed the open kitchen, light that enters every room, and the views of mission bay. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. We will be coming back again!
