Renovated and fully furnished townhouse equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Cook at home or eat out at some of the best restaurants in Vero. Park your car and walk to the beach, shops and all Vero has to offer in amazing dining like the Polo Grill, The Tides and Orchid Island Brewery. King bedroom with TV. 2nd Bedroom has a Full and a twin bed plus pull out Queen bed downstairs. New Full size Washer and Dryer. Cable and WiFi included. Comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Large private patio with fire pit and grill. New appliances. 1.5 blocks to the beach, Humeston Park and the Farmers market. Quiet neighborhood is a walking paradise. We absolutely love Vero and know you will too! We work hard to make sure this little place becomes your home away from home 😊 We always pride ourselves in making our guests comfortable and are available throughout your stay. Cleanliness is always a priority to our family with two immune compromised children and so we make sure that the property is cleaned and disinfected following CDC guidelines.

Location of property was excellent. Easy access to beach and shopping. New bathrooms were a plus as was outside sitting area. Owners were quick to respond to our questions and checked to make sure all was well upon entry.

Outstanding property

This is an excellent rental in a fantastic location. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping including a street market, tennis courts, Riverside park etc The house is in good shape and has everything you need. Beds and chairs are comfortable. There is an outdoor grill and a fenced in patio. We stayed with our dog and it was easy to walk the very quiet neighborhood. Krista responds very quickly to any issues that arise in the house. We stayed a month and are coming back next year. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Great location, awesome host

Clean, comfortable townhouse with a perfect location just 2 blocks from Ocean Drive in Central Beach. Bed was super Krista is by far the best host ever! She was in touch prior to arrival to give us a heads up about Hurricane Nicole. Very accessible and responsive via phone/text regarding couple of minor issues during our stay. We could walk to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Vero Beach Gem !

This property does not disappoint! You couldn’t ask for a better location. Short walk to one of the best restaurants in Vero , Citrus Grill. Also extremely close to one of Vero’s hot spots Grind and Grape . Krista is a fabulous host, very attentive and was always was available if we needed anything. Home is well equipped with kitchen cookware, bathroom had a supply of toiletries , laundry room had detergent. Krista is very generous in what she supplied for her guests , too much to even list . I highly recommend booking with Krista, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for the wonderful stay , Alicia & Heather

Beautiful, amazing location, excellent host!!

I can’t say enough about this property. It’s beautiful and is supplied with everything you could possibly think of (including a bottle of wine upon our arrival)! The beds are very comfortable. The place is impeccably clean (and I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness). There’s a wonderful patio with a grill and fire pit along with plenty of seating. The location is perfect! Two blocks from the beach, shopping, and restaurants! Super close to the Riverside Theatre and Vero Beach Art Museum which is very nice if you have time to visit. But the best part is the host! She went WELL ABOVE making certain we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly think of. When the batteries on the television remote were dead, she had fresh ones, as well as more supplies we could possibly use up, delivered within an hour!!! She answered all questions very quickly. We actually met up at the show at Riverside Theatre. She and her husband are lovely people. I can’t wait to return to Vero Beach and this property. It truly was perfect!

Home away from home

We rented Krista‘s place for two weeks while our daughters were in summer camp right down the street at Riverside Theatre. We chose her home because of the proximity to the theater, the beach, and all of the downtown shops, and for this purpose, it did not disappoint! It is no more than a five minute walk to the beach and all of the upscale dining that Ocean Drive has to offer. In the opposite direction you find the theater, the art museum, the riverside café, dog parks, kayak rentals… The location is absolutely ideal. The inside of this adorable little townhome is so charming. It is an older home, complete with creaky floors… But it has been renovated beautifully and we found it to be incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the living space perfectly accommodated the four people in our family and our small dog. It was too hot for us to utilize the backyard space, but I can imagine that in the winter and spring months it would be a pleasure to sit back there and look up at the blue Florida sky. Everything we needed, we found by searching through the cabinets and drawers of the home. I prepared dinners at the house and was never lacking in any supplies. But what made the stay so superior was the incredible host, Krista. She is super responsive and such a joy to work with. When we first arrived, we noticed those pesky ghost ants that Florida beach towns are known for, and within a couple of hours she had pest control come out and we never saw another ant the rest of our stay. When I went downstairs the first morning to make coffee and discovered that the coffee maker wasn’t working, she had a new one delivered from Target within hours. When I notified her that the beach chairs were looking a little rusty and moldy from the Florida humidity, she once again had brand new chairs sent over within hours. None of the concerns that I brought to her attention made our stay less enjoyable, but her response to my concerns made our stay so much more pleasant. Overall, this is a charming, quiet, clean home in an older, but completely safe community within walking distance of all the beach town attractions. If you are looking for a family and pet friendly stay in Vero beach, I highly recommend that you stay in one of Krista‘s properties… If for no other reason then to get an opportunity to meet the most incredible host. I have a feeling I will never have another VRBO experience quite as positive as this one.

Perfect place to stay!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Krista’s lovely townhome. This is a clean and bright beach house in a fabulous location. Our family of 4 (+small dog) was comfortable, and the house was very well stocked so the inevitable moments of “shoot, I forgot to pack the Tide pods!” were never cause for panic. It is a short walk on sidewalk-lined streets to the beach/playground/restaurants/shops/etc. We were also pleasantly surprised by how well we slept throughout the trip… must be great mattresses! Krista is a consummate host and genuinely kind person. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, and we will certainly be looking to stay at her property again!

We love the unit, communication, ease of access, everything. Couldn't be better. Everything worked, extras include the firepit, screened porch, nice back brick patio, bbq, washer dryer. It is a prefect spot a couple of blocks from the beach. I can't think of anything missing on this great space and experience.

Wonderful Beach/Town location!!

Lovely townhouse with everything you need for a casual, relaxed, and convenient beach vacation. The host is VERY responsive to any questions or issues. Everything you need inside and outside is here, and very comfortable. Walk to the beach, an amazing collection of restaurants, and some great shopping. (Don't miss the "green market" on Saturdays). We would definitely return, or recommend to family and friends.

Lovely space, great location

Our host asked my husband and I if we'd be amenable to shifting to another one of their properties to accommodate another guest's request to stay longer in this property we'd initially booked. I spend a fair amount of time in Vero so I'm familiar with its neighborhoods and local spots. Both localities would have suited our needs but we were happy to accommodate and were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful ocean view from their well-appointed, sea-facing condo. Krista, our host, was responsive and gracious. The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable; the decor, fresh, modern and bright, similar it seems, to this property. We drove by this townhouse, which was just a few minutes away from where we stayed just to see it from the outside. Looks sweet and inviting. Both properties are ideal for anyone who wants to be able to walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches, right in the heart of Vero. We would love to stay at either of these spots again in the future.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Due to the person renting just before me needing to stay longer at the townhouse, the owners generously moved me to their property on Ocean Dr. across the street from the beach. It was amazing! They had recently renovated it, and the quality of the work, the decor, and the appliances was impressive. With ocean views, the property was beautiful in every way possible. Krista was always available and made my stay easy and enjoyable. I arrived late to Vero Beach, but she arranged for someone to meet me to give me the keys and to show me how to access the property, where everything was, etc. The unit was exactly as pictured, though it's lovelier in person. There was a slight glitch with the electricity not working in 1 room, but Krista had someone out the next day to take care of it. I couldn't imagine a more beautiful or cleaner place. The unit was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed the high quality furniture, appliances, and cookware. My vacation in Vero Beach was truly like a dream come true. I didn't want to leave and I would absolutely stay there again. I have the highest regard for both Krista and Sandra, the lovely woman who met me when I arrived. You won't regret renting from Krista. From start to finish, my experience is the way that I wish every Vrbo experience was. Thank you, Krista, for everything!

Perfect location, wonderful host

We stayed here for two months and loved it! The location couldn’t be better. It’s a very short walk to the beach and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and Krista is a fantastic host. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome Property

I don’t often find properties nicer than their marketing picture but this one is the exception. Add that it’s in the middle of Central Beach and the owners are great makes it easy for us to give them an A+ rating.
