Love the amount of sleep space and bathroom counters. They had everything we could need in the kitchen, pool towels, plenty of bath towels. Property was clean and the check in was easy once I found my confirmation email. I would stay again when visiting the Kanab area.

Perfect place

This was the perfect spot for our family (two families with two kids each) to stay as a base for all adventures. Easy access and quick to Zion, Bryce, Page (Arizona) and more. Kanab is a big enough town to have everything you need while being quaint and quiet. We were able to start gaze at Pink Sands and be home to still wake up and hike. Kitchen had all we needed and beds were comfy.

This condo was great for our stay! It was nice for everyone to have their own space, way better than a cramped hotel room! And the price was amazing! Easy process, no problems at all! It was nice to be able to cook dinner too. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Kanab as it is close to the outdoor activities we enjoyed. The condo fit our group of 6 comfortably. After a day of visiting the Grand Canyon or hiking slot canyons it was nice to relax in the comfortable condo and recuperate. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. The entire condo complex was quiet and well maintained. We'd stay here again.

Great Location

This was a great location for us to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The townhome was spacious, comfy, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool area during our stay as well. Communication with the owner was slow using the contact info given by VRBO. A 2nd contact was listed in the welcome book and was much quicker to respond. Overall our stay was great and we would book again when in the area.

Great home base for our tour of southern Utah

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable with good beds and pillows. The covered parking was perfect for my husband and I traveling by motorcycle. Easy check in and check out. Kanab is a great place to explore Utah from. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Saint George, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes all within a few hours from the house. Great communication with the host. We loved our stay!

Nice location, comfortable place, but the smell was horrible. I couldn’t sleep the first night, finally went out back and eventually to my truck to sleep. Skipped the family hike the next morning and bought a bunch of glade plugins and vinegar. Placed bowls of vinegar all over the house. It was so bad my son looked under the beds thinking we would find a dead animal. Towels smelled awful, like they were dried, but not washed. Bought some laundry detergent and washed them. Washer and dryer were nice to have! Was offered 50 to cover the cost of the stuff I bought, which is nice.

Pool Out of Order for 3 Weeks we weren’t given notice

We checked in and went to take our kids to the pool and it was cover in bricks and concrete. We were not told this was the case. We had to check out early. Not a great experience at all.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice home. Lots of room for people to sleep. The only 2 suggestions I have are #1 Put a railing up and down the stairs. They are really steep, and my little daddy almost fell. It would have just been nice to hang onto something. The other thing is to make sure there is TP. :) We only had one roll, not a fun thing to run out of at 10:00 at night. Othere than that the rooms and beds were clean and nice.
