I am delighted to welcome you to this two-room apartment (48 m2) fully equipped for all your comfort, in the heart of Brest city.

Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood on the banks of the Penfeld with the view of the Recouvrance bridge, by walk, you 're very close to shops and transports.

The apartment T1 Bis is very bright, it'is located on the ground floor of the building secured by a door code.
It is composed of entrance which serves the living & dining room of 20 m2 with a door double glazed window (full south) with shutters and curtains.
The sofa bed has a sleep size 120 cm X 190 cm for 1 pers. The library is available. The dining area can accommodate 4 people.
- The semi-open kitchen on the living room, dining room is fully equipped with microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hob with hood, 1 fridge Top & 1 freezer top, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, etc ...
- The bedroom (18 m2) : has a double bed, a TV and a desk. The window is double glazed windows with shutters and curtains and plenty of storage
- The bathroom: with Italian shower, a basin with mirror & shelving, 1 washer & 1 dryer.
You have separate toilets
- THE DEPOSIT is 600€ to pay on your arrival (uncashed check or cash) made at end of stay subject to no damage.

Great place

This was a great place, near the city centre of Brest and all the amenities (tram line, restaurants, nightlife). The apartment is very updated and very well maintained, with a view of the Pont de la Recouvrance. The owner is very attentive and easy to deal with. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Brest!

Bonjour, Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de l'appartement, proche du marché et bien exposé au soleil. Les espaces sont assez grands et bien disposés ce qui rend ce logement confortable. L'accueil chaleureux de Christelle et sa disponibilité nous a également séduit.
