This is a beautiful property that is updated and well maintained. Being right on the beach, the sunsets were spectacular. We especially appreciated having beach gear to use! The building was being renovated during our stay, which Rob communicated prior to booking, but it didn’t dampen our stay. Marco Island is truly a gem and we will definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo fit us perfectly and was very clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Being on the lower level was great with no need for stairs or elevators. We loved being so close to the beach, which was a quick walk and not crowded. The water was beautiful. The area had lots of shops and restaurants nearby which was very convenient.

The condo is in a great location. Beautiful scenery from balcony. No waiting for an elevator is a huge plus! Host was great to work with and responded quickly to emails. Condo is completely supplied with kitchen utensils and cookware. Will definitely stay there again!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful, clean, oceanfront condo. Rob was wonderful to work with on every step of the process. The property was beautiful it had everything you could want in a rental but it also had everything you would want in your own home. My daughter and I appreciated the walk-in closet in the master bedroom we used it as our private area and changing room. If you have a chance to stay at this condo you will compare every other one to it as far as comfort. The beach was just steps away there is an abundance of wildlife right outside your property as well my son and I seen several animals and insects that we had to google about.

Great first floor location - no waiting for elevators! Carts available for easy transport of your luggage and groceries. Easy access to walkable beach. A lot of amazing seashells after a storm. Restaurants within walking distance with host giving great recommendations. Pickleball courts on site. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was perfect for sunsets!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Not enough nice things to say about this property. Location was perfect, right next to the beach for great walks but easy to get to the grocery or restaurants. Unit was fully stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear, and bathroom needs. Would stay here 10/10 times!

Can’t beat the location

Absolutely beautiful location! Sunsets right from the patio, steps out to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for us, cleanly and well stocked. We used the pool and tennis courts and really enjoyed the beach tent and chairs. Rob was communicative and checked in periodically on our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!
