We are a family with two school children. Our House is located 14 km far away, but we know Gemuend with its many benefits to appreciate and look forward to be able to show other people this beautiful place.

Why they chose this property

Gemuend is a nice little place for visitors and tourists there is much to discover. The historic trail with explanations and tables is quite new. The temperatures in Gemuend are always a bit warmer than in the higher Eifel hills and the valley has a special climate. The excursions are so diverse that we ourselves have not all used.

What makes this property unique

The peaceful and idyllic location of the house in Gemuend is priceless. It's so quiet that we surprised ourselves every time. If you sit in the garden, you can hear the river Urft  rushing Urft and just enjoy nature.
And yet, just five minutes in the city, you can go out to eat, stroll around and meet people. We like to spend our vacation with the children in different holiday homes and these experiences we have been incorporated and implemented in this house. We have renovated the house so as if we would spend our vacation there ourselves.
