It was a good place to stay, but being in the basement, we needed the heater to be turned on by the owner.

I think 72 degrees is a comfortable setting. The outside temp was in the 80"s the whole time you and your guests were here. You are welcome for the answers and time I gave you , Reaching out to business and friends for fresh fish coming to Anchorage. Every day you seemed to have multiple questions for me to answer and I took the time to research to give you an answer. You are welcome for me printing your fishing licensse when you were having trouble with your sim card. How hard is it to through away all the left over food you left. You are welcome for me letting you stay longer for your check out.

I chose to buy this property for the location of bike trails, close to downtown and midtown. Plenty of perennial gardens for me to play in. Valley of the Moon Park is steps away, and lots of trees.
