Beachside Townhouse PCB is a gulf front (beachfront) vacation townhouse located in Beachside Townhomes on the worlds most beautiful beach with amazing sugar white sandy beach, dazzling turquoise water and spectacular sunsets. Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining. (IMAX theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House just to name a few.) Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street. Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance.

We are less than 20 minutes (15 miles) from Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP). You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks displays several times a year. Some of the area entertainment includes Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks Museum, dog races, parasailing, boating and fishing. "Dolphin Waves" has 1800 square feet of spacious living with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit sleeps 9 in three bedrooms, Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed; 2nd Bedroom - 1 King size bed ; the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a twin with trundle);

Kitchen is fully equipped, unit has full size washer and dryer.
- All bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs and one in the living room. All TVs are connected through youtubetv for live channels and unit does provide internet and WiFi.

The house was nice and right on the beach. The view was incredible and the covered porch was great. Interesting was that this house was the only one we saw that had curtains for privacy on the deck. That was very important. The beach was not crowded at all. I don't know if that is because the kids are back at school or the area we are in. Either was, that was a bonus. I would definitely book again.

Family Beach Getaway

We loved the location! The outdoor deck was fantastic with comfortable seating and nice shading from the pergola. The owner was advised that the outdoor grill did not work. Also, the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker did not work. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved the condo! Best part? No elevators! Out the back to the beach. Super cold week, but we enjoyed ourselves! We had no issues. Cooked a few nights and ate out a few nights. Spacious and roomy and 4 bathrooms! We loved it. Thanks so much!

Perfect!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The extra full bathroom was a nice bonus. You are just a few steps from a beautiful beach where there is plenty of room to enjoy the sun and water. There is a McDonald's, Arby's, sushi place, Mexican, seafood, and 2 pizza places all within walking distance. There is also a Winn Dixie nearby too. The property owner was great. We stayed in constant contact throughout the week. There were no problems or issues. We were more or less just keeping each other informed. Overall, it's a great property and place to stay. It's away from the bustle of PCB, just how I like it. We'll be back!!!

Pcb unit 10

Parking was terrible. You had to park on an encline with no room to back your vehicles up. If anyone parks at an angle you cannot move your vehicle. Ongoing road construction an issue coming in from one direction due to workers not havingnproper signage for pulling into unit. Absolutely no privacy on the back back porch/balcony area. The downstairs bedrooms had sand in the bed, so the linens were not changed in that room prior to arrival. Mold in some areas and damp odor. No potholders in kitchen area for cooking. Overall not a terrible rental for September. The convenience of walking to the beach a short distance most definitely a huge plus.

Excellent Location and Property!

Dolphin waves townhouse was true to advertisement, very clean, and with all accommodations for stay with family and friends. Great for children and pets. It is not near a pet friendly beach but has outdoor areas to walk and play with your animals. Absolutely gorgeous beach views from the main living area and main bedroom with direct access to the beach. Can’t beat the location. Owners were very responsive and even found parking spaces for us when we had more than two vehicles. 10/10 recommend and will be staying again.

We enjoyed our week here. The host is very professional and responds quickly. The property is in a great location and has 2 designated parking spaces which is so convenient. The beach is beautiful and only steps away. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio.
