Excellent location in one of the best beaches of Ubatuba, Toninhas beach, with Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, living and dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms, barbecue, balcony and garage for 3 cars.
Located 350 meters from the beach, where you can see the sea from the street of the house and access can be done on foot, without having to use the car.
Ceiling fan in all bedrooms, double bed with mattress in the bedrooms and spare mattresses.
Living room equipped with ceiling fan, sofa 3, LCD TV and decorative pictures. Dining room equipped with rectangular table with 6 chairs and decorative frames. Full kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, cabinets, granite sink, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots, roasters, cups etc ... Social bathroom. Covered porch. Barbecue grill. Beach shower.
