Paddle on 7 Mile is a beautifully appointed, luxury beach house located within minutes from the crashing waves of 7 Mile Beach at Lennox Head. This architecturally designed and decorated home is a modern take of the iconic Cape Cod beach house, built to take advantage of the ocean breezes and all that Lennox and the surrounding Byron area has to offer.

Every aspect of your holiday comfort is catered for with luxury bedding to accommodate a large family group sleeping up to 8, exquisite bathrooms including a mater bedroom ensuite with stand alone bath tub, a sparkling pool, and a fully equipped kitchen which extends to a fabulous outdoor dining and BBQ area.

There are two internal living areas with smart TVs and several outdoor areas to dine, relax or find a quiet spot to listen to the waves or read a book. The hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach. The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a separate television and reading room, an expansive veranda and views to the ocean.

Paddle on seven mile

This is a magnificent place to stay. The house was amazing and close to beach, lake, cafes and shops. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The intelligent and well thought- out design of this home was exceptional in maximizing the sea breezes and the sunshine in all the right places. The Master/parent’s level is stunning and very private. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the enormous balcony. The kitchen is beautiful - fully equipped with everything you could possibly need . Both the indoor and outdoor entertaining/ leisure areas are spacious and relaxing. Our family enjoyed board games and card games both inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool, especially after a surf at the beach. The remaining bedrooms are all lovely and the beds very comfortable. The house was incredibly quiet ( despite it’s location to the ever popular William Street Cafe ). The locals do park their cars on the front lawn , but it didn’t bother us. The location is perfect - across the road (about 200 meters) from Seven Mile beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to the village shops and restaurants. I grew up in Lennox, ( on Pacific Parade actually) and return home whenever possible. This holiday home is very possibly the best we have stayed in at Lennox yet. It did not disappoint in any way. We will definitely return. Thank you! P.S. This house is also fabulous for Hide and Seek!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Have never been to Lennox before but after staying here we will definitely be back The house was in a great location, close to the beach and a few cafes and only a little walk into the Main Street

Great for family time.

This was the perfect stay for us and we will definitely return if back this way again. Within easy walk to beach, lake, coffee and delicious eats- couldn’t ask for more. House beautifully appointed and furnished with plenty of space, cooking utensils and the view was perfect .

This property is amazing inside and out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the main bedroom with its beautiful ensuite. The living areas were ample for the 7 of us and the house provided everything we could ask for and much much more. Everything was thought of, especially in the kitchen. The pool and barbecue area were amazing also. Location is a short walk to the beach and there is a lovely cafe at the end of the road.

Perfect!

Property is fantastic- both indoor and outdoor areas. The house and furniture and beds are absolutely high quality- this is a beautifully appointed property in a sensational location- 2 mins to the sand- 4 mins to lake Ainsworth and a few minutes to shops. You could easily do everything without a car and the house and pool are amazing- we were a few friends but would be great for friends, family or even a couple if you like room. Will definitely be back-
