Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put A/C unit on 76 degrees upon departure. Thanks!
All trash should be placed in the chute by the elevator. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
More the 4 guests will be a $125 charge each and must be approved in writing before check-in. More than 4 without approval may result in eviction.
Do not leave sliding glass/entry door while AC on. Damage will occur to unit and humidity will cause mold growth. You will be charged for damage.
Due to condensation issues with interior pipes and ductwork, we ask the AC unit be kept at 70 degrees or higher while occupied and 76 when departing.

The condo was very nice with everything provided that you needed for your stay. It was equipped with everything you needed if you didnt want to leave yet close enough to many places if you felt like going out while still being peaceful. The property grounds were very well kept and the beach was gorgeous. The host was very welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions i had during our stay.

Location of property is about a mile away from the more crowded areas of PCB. It is an older property, but well maintained. It was a great experience for our son’s first trip to the beach.

Perfect beach stay!

Location was perfect and we loved our view and proximity to the beach. Great amenities at the condo including tennis and pool table and appreciated grabbing floats from the beach toy library. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony watching the pool and the beach. Great king bed!

If you're looking for a family-friendly vacation, this is the place! This condo was truly a hidden gem, and we absolutely loved our stay. The location couldn't have been better-it's perfectly nesteld between everything you need, making it incredibly convenient while still relaxing. One thing that really stoud out was how quiet the condo was. By far the most soundproof condo we ever stayed in, which made for a peaceful and restful vaction. Randy is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about his guest. He welcomes not just your family, but your fur babies. The unit is in the perfect location-right above the pool and just steps from the elevator and trash chute, making everything so convenient. Randy was also quick to respond to any questions we had, and his thoughtfulness went above and beyond. He knew we were traveling home in a thunderstorm and even checked in to make sure we made it home safely. That level of kindness and care is rare. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already discussed with Randy our dates for our 2027 vacay.

Girlfriend getaway

We loved this on the beach condo. Close to good restraunts, St Andrews Park, the Marina. Quiet end of the beach, a lot less traffic. Randy Jones (our host) is the best! Thanks so much Randy🩴
