Nice clean property that is close to all amenities. The front units carport is directly beside the bedroom windows of this property.

Property was very dirty and felt very unsafe with the neighbors yelling and dogs barking all night. Not good for families. I do not recommend. Property manager was very apologetic and helpful though when we reported the state of the place and checked out earlier than intended.

This was the perfect little place for us and our two toy poodles. Small fenced off courtyard, no grass but pooches happy to go on the pebbles and easy clean up when they couldn’t get out to the front grass. Would be even better if a lock was provided on the gate for safety. Very clean and well presented. Heaters provided. Would be nicer if linen was included, car already full when you’re travelling with pets. In saying that there was quilt covers and pillows with cases, mattress protectors (clean). Heaters also provided. There are 3 double beds/rooms in the property, all with TVs. Pictures must need updating. Easy walk to main St, Golf Club, and beaches... some hills but all under 10mins. The house does smell like it’s been freshly painted and the windows were a little difficult to open to air it out, but the presentation took our mind off it. We found it a little difficult to find in the dark, and the driveway takes a bit of maneuvering, however there is off St parking for 2 cars. Some lighting and unit number signage would be beneficial. The key pick up/drop off was very easy after hours through the local real estate. All in all it was a great stay and is perfect for families with pets. Dishwasher and washing machine, and 2 toilets were perfect amenities for the 4 of us. Thanks Yamba Daze... we will be back and recommend you to others!

Too small, extremely hot and no outlook

Been coming to the area for 20 years and this is our first real disappointment. There was no indication this was actually a small inner section of a house wedged in the centre with absolutely no outlook other than a tin fence. Very hot, many things broken (fans, lights) and couch filthy. Only suitable for very small family as only one person can fit in kitchen wedged behind the couch which is totally unsuitable for a family with older children. Really seriously disappointed.
