The modern fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. You will find everything you need at your fingertips to get the day started right.

Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, flat screen Roku smart TV (no cable) and a private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and located directly across the hall from the third bathroom. Perfect for the children!

Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Swimming Pool: The spacious pool area is fully screened in with a private pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. The south facing pool offers a view of a conservation area that gives you the peace and sunshine you desire! The corner spillover spa (not a hot tub) provides seating and spa jets. Perfect for those lazy days off sunbathing and sipping an ice cold drink! Note that both the pool and spa are unheated.

Parking Notes: Parking is in the driveway only and holds 1 car. No parking in street or driveway of any travel trailer, camper, motor home, recreational vehicle, boat and trailer, commercial vehicle, bus, or truck.
