This inviting 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located off Highway 27 in Clermont. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS APPROXIMATELY 23 MILES. There is plenty of room to enjoy family time after a day in the parks or just to relax by the pool! The pool area has landscaping directly behind for a semi private deck with covered lanai. There is also a bonus room with a television and a pull out sofa bed. The large and open plan Living Room functions as the heart of this lovely home and features a large flat screen TV with direct access to the Pool Deck! Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table with room for 6 or sit in the kitchen at the breakfast nook for those quick meals. The modern fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware and etc. You will find everything you need at your fingertips.

Primary Bedroom features a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, large walk in closet, and a Private En-suite Bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a Private En-suite Bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 Twin beds each and are located next to their own bathroom. Perfect for the children or larger families!

Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Swimming Pool: POOL FACES THE WEST. The pool offers a private deck and also offers a covered lanai to get out of the sun or enjoy drinks in the evening! The spacious pool area is fully screened in with a private pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day and must be paid prior to check-in. 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information.

Great house, perfect location

Loved this place to stay! We took our time to explore the Orlando area (attraction parks and nature) and came home here to relax, cook, watch TV and sleep. Lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen, everything you'd ever need for a holliday house.

We enjoyed the house. Found it quite spacious and roomy. Distance to Disney and Universal approx 1 hour drive to that section of Orlando from the home. Shopping and restaurants close by.

Christmas at Disney

Property was clean but linens were worn. The layout is nice and plenty of room, however would have been helpful to know napkins/ a roll of paper towels were not provided. The house was comfortable but the AC was limited to 75 so it was warm at night.

Orlando vacay

The stay was ok. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner it was hair in the master bathroom shower ,so I had to use another bathroom to shower . The sink in the other bathroom was rusted . We used the master bathroom for the sink.

Pool was really dirty, I don’t even want to talk about carpet. First 2/3 days, AC wasn’t working. Even they ask you to call tem to fix it. I mean, came there for vacation and first thing first, they want me to gix this problem? I mean what is your job?

Hi Omer, I appreciate that you left the home in good condition but you proved to be very difficult when it came to communication. You contacted us at 10:10pm the evening of your arrival to report the pool had some dirt at the bottom. I explained that the pool pump shuts off in the evening for quiet hours and any dirt that was washed in by the evening rain will settle to the bottom but will be pulled through the filter in the morning when the pump turns back on. This information is also in the villa book at the house. The next evening you contacted us to say the ac wasn't cooling properly. It was a Saturday so I advised you to call our after hours emergency number, which was also included in your arrival paperwork, so they could dispatch an ac technician. It is answered by a live person 24/7 so it is the fastest way to get maintenance rather than going through the reservation system. You refused to call so we messaged on your behalf and they had an ac technician out within two hours. They cleared the blocked condensate line within minutes and it was up and running. I appreciate this was an inconvenience but it was not out 2/3 days as you state in your anonymous review. I would be happy to provide the photos of the pool we took the morning after your arrival showing it clean and crystal clear as well as the invoice from the ac repair company showing it was taken care of the evening of 7/22/23.

Decent Stay

The property was really nice until I opened up the long couch for pulls out into a bed there was some type of crumbs with Beatles on it which was really odd so we left the property manager know about that and she apologized. The pink couches could definitely use a good scrub or replacement as well as the carpet. The dryer doesn't work like it's supposed to we had a hard time drying our clothes and we did small loads we had to dry them three . Other than that the property was really nice. I would still come back to the same listing to stay till my next vacation with my family. And make it like a tradition to keep coming back to the same property since we are familiar with the area.

As presented

House is as presented online. Very roomy with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Pool was larger than homes we have rented before, but patio area for chairs around the pool is limited. We didn't cook, so can't speak to kitchen amenities except for coffee maker, which worked fine. The carpet was clean, but is due for a change. Not sure why you wouldn't put luxury vinyl at least in dining/living room area...durable and easy care. Misti, the management contact was super to work with and very responsive. The initial neighborhood you drive through to get to the back of the development where this home is located is NOT representative of this homes location. This home is located in a nice, quiet section with pride in home ownership We did not encounter any issues during our visit and would rent this home again.

Amazing Place to Stay

5 of us stayed. Grand Parent, 2 adults and 2 children. Villa was fantastic. Plenty of room. First master room bed is huge. Second master room is big too. Both twin rooms have plenty of space too. I loved the room at the front of the house. My son tends to wake very early. I was able to sit in this room as it was away from everyone. He could play while I watched tv or read. The pool area was nice and big. It was great to sit outside and eat breakfast each morning. Location was amazing. You are within a few minutes of Walmart and plenty of places to eat. We ate in Denny's, Five Guys, McDonalds, Chills. We drove a little bit to The Longhorn, Applebee's and the IHOP. If going to Disney, this is the perfect house. 15 minutes away. We visited SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. We also visited Tampa for Busch Gardens. Villa was perfect This is my 8 Villa to rent and our favourite so far. Normally we stay the other end near Haines City but I will definitely be coming back as less traffic and easier to visit paces. The pool was great. We loved having pool days. Plenty of room. An ice cream van appeared one day(they do not sell 99's over here, only ice cream bars) but it was great to get some. For a family or group of friends or anyone, this is the place to stay. The only cooking we do is making toast and tea for breakfast. House had two buggies which was great.

A beautiful clean house, a lot of rooms and storage, plenty of utensils to use which made cooking easier. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The house is well located in quiet neighborhood and near Disneyland and local supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and really recommend this house.

Excellent getaway!

The property was very clean. 4 bedrooms with an extra den with pullout sofa that could have been a 5th bedroom. The pool was wonderful and the host was quick to respond if we had a question. Grocery stores were very close and so were all amusement parks and entertainment. Of all homes that I have vacationed in near Orlando and Kissimmee, this was by far my favorite. Will definitely stay again.

Orlando Area Stay

The property was very nice and located in a great area. It was close to several restaurants and fun things to do. The pool was amazing! If we didn’t want to venture out we still had a great time enjoying the pool. The house is equipped with pretty much everything you would need to have a great stay.

Nice house but needs to be updated.

We had a great time even though when we arrived it looked like the cleaning crew didn’t change the bed sheets, they smell like sweat and had hairs all over and there wasn’t extra clean bed sheets available for us to use so we had to wash all of them before going to sleep. The house is nice and pool Was awesome.
