This terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath lower apartment of a duplex has upgraded flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. This is a perfect beach house for a family vacation. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.
Entering the front door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, comfy living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with beach views, a bbq and patio table, chairs and umbrella. Stacked laundry unit is right off the newly remodeled all white kitchen, a convenience not always found in beach homes.
Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 freshly remodeled full bathrooms. 3 TV's- Living room and first 2 bedrooms. 1 parking spot in a shared garage with the back unit.
*The garage is very small and tight and is shared with the other unit. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Additional free parking can be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets but parking can be challenging at the beach.

Check in information will be given once you are booked and we receive your email address. The week of your check in date, guest will receive a guest portal email to download our phone app or go online to view all the property information

Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach.
Getting Around:
Super close to the bike path, (starts at 36th st) where you can enjoy a stroll or ride down the beach.
Other Things to Note:
-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police
-Must be 26 or older to book
-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.
-No parties or gatherings.
-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.
