We, at Property Management Specialists, want you to know that keeping our guests and staff healthy and safe is our absolute top priority. We invite you to remove yourself from the concentration of people and come enjoy some quiet time in the mountains. Several stores in Woodland Park offer online grocery orders and pick up; this is a wonderful way to stock up for your vacation, while still keeping some distance. We look forward to being able to provide your family a safe haven!

Property Managements Specialists presents Pikes Peak Vacation Cabins! We are a locally owned and operated property management company, and it is our goal to provide the highest quality accommodations for our guests.

Welcome to the Trout Haven Cabin! This true mountain cabin boasts hickory cabinets, tongue and groove ceilings, and amazing views! There is direct access to national forest right out the back gate. As spring approaches and the lake ice melts, the fishing at Eleven Mile Reservoir flourishes!

Our guests will find the kitchen to be fully stocked with all of items needed to prepare a wonderful meal. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops lend a touch of elegance to this lovely cabin.

The living room has three large picture windows, a wood burning fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. With two bedrooms and two baths, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bathrooms have both been updated with the finest touches.

This cabin does have internet. Unlimited data thru Starlink

Eleven Mile Reservoir offers year round world class gold medal fishing and beautiful scenery. Eleven Mile State Park boast numerous hiking trails. Locals and visitors alike enjoy fishing the Dream Stream, and Eleven Mile is known as an ice fishing hot spot! The beauty of this area is unsurpassed, and is ideal for nature lovers and fisherman alike. The Trout Haven Cabin is the perfect destination to truly escape the hustle and bustle of daily life!

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. There is internet phone service available at the cabin.

My family had a wonderful time, the cabin is beautiful! National park in the back yard! We had alot of fun and good gishing near the cabin. Was very clean, updated and everything worked great! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin.

Great little cabin and the location is amazing, very peaceful and quiet yet close to a lot of attractions. The Chipmunks, Jays and Magpies are entertaining to say the least, we saw Mule Deer and Turkeys in the backyard as well. Can't say enough about the cabin itself, best equipped we've ever stayed in. Would give it 6 stars if we could.

Amazing Cabin

Beautiful property close to both 11 Mile and Spinney Mountain reservoirs. Trout fishing was amazing and the amenities at the property were fantastic. Beautiful cabin that Is easily accessible, is extremely well kept, clean, and comfortable for 4 adults. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation getaway.

We loved our stay at Trout Haven! It was a relax, recharge trip for my husband and I and everything was perfect except for the very cold temperatures outside. Even with the cold the cabin was warm and toasty.It even had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner

We had a wonderful time why we stayed. Out front is a few aspen trees that are homes to some of the prettiest birds. We just enjoyed sitting and watching them come in and out of the trees. The house was very nice and clean and just what we thought it would be and then some. Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay! We fished 11 mile and spiny we did not have any luck, but it seems that the fish are more active after sunset. We stopped by Terrall res on our way home and my mom caught 5 and my dad caught 4 right off the bat. If we ever decide to give 11 mile another try we will definitely try and stay at Trout Haven again.

Very Nice !

The house was very nice. I’d actually buy it, but it’s a ways to woodland park. Love the large windows ! It just too bad there’s not a better view. We did have the deer visit ! They need to make it a practice to launder all linens whether they appear used or not. I did not like that we couldn’t use the garage. That should be made clear. We never did find a key either ? Overall, it was a great stay. We truly enjoyed it !

Awesome property especially if you want to be close to Eleven Mile reservoir. Very clean home with two comfortable beds/great kitchen and love the National forest right behind the property.
