Offering a functional floorplan over three spacious levels (ideal for multiple families). The central hub features a light-filled open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and expansive, sheltered alfresco terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor kitchen. Three bedrooms with built-in robes on this level, share a lavish family bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs, is the luxe master suite with parents retreat or second living, private balcony, walk-through robe and opulent ensuite. Bedrooms five and six, an additional bathroom, third living area and large deck reside on the lower level. Outdoors, a sublime swimming pool, spa and landscaped, Indigenous garden add to the appeal of this decadent abode. Extras include; spotted gum timber flooring, high ceilings, ducted heating and cooling, butlers pantry, gas log fire and stone benchtops.

The six bedrooms comprise of:

Great entertainer for multi-family groups in a good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was amazing and included ample space, both indoors and outdoors. We loved the upstairs balcony which included bbq, sink and bar fridge. Only negative was the outdoor TV did not work. The kids loved the downstairs billiards table, table tennis and foosball. And everyone loved the pool and spa! Location was also great, only a 10 minute walk to the Sorrento shops.

The size and floorplan of the home suited our needs and the kids had their own space along with master ensuite that was huge and private.Overall location and space throughout was very goodThe biggest let down was the house was dirty and a surface clean was done such as mopping floors and bed linen1 bedroom smelt of mould/dampness we could not use thisCobwebs that have been there for a long time in every roomDead flies laying on the carpetsThe pans and especially one oven tray we could not use as it was all scratched and paint removedAll kitchen cutlery we used we washed as they were not clean2 sliding doors on the main level the door locks do not lockSplit system in the downstairs living area has an error does not workTerrible smell in one of the toilets we could not use at allPool was dirty and advertised as solar heating - but this did not heat at all Tradespeople attended the property with no notice and unannounced walking on the premises The agent that handled the booking and queries was fantastic and very prompt with communication

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second stay at this property. The lack of upkeep since 2020 was incredibly disappointing. While the addition of new crockery was welcomed the weeds, sqeaking sliding ddors, constant fridge alarm and cobwebs and cockroaches made the stay far less appealing this time around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our working group had a wonderful time and enjoyed this incredibly stunning house. You can't go wrong booking this place, it is so well appointed and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and we took advantage of the gorgeous pool, spa and BBQ area. The kitchen was absolutely phenomenal too. It was great to also have the Bluetooth speaker available. The staff at Jellis Craig were excellent to deal with and very responsive. We were, however, a little saddened to see the state of the coffee pod machine, it was very dirty and not useable, but we enjoyed the local coffee shops instead. It would also have been nice to have some extra blankets. Apart from those two small issues, we had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful house.

The location, size of the property, amenities and facilities on site were as described and pictured on the original online advertisement. The only negatives were lack of sufficient toilet paper for amount if guests, lack of supplies such as dishwasher tablets and towels, non working fireplace and tv unit. But all in all, a beautiful property with incredible views, pool and spa facilities and exquisite interior design. A beautiful property which was fully utilised by all guests in beautiful beachside Sorrento.

Wonderful Christmas

The space and facilities were amazing. Very well equipped. Easy to check in and out. Great location close to shops and beaches. Very quiet with only the prolific bird song to wake us. Outstanding experience.
