The views are amazing as the house sits on one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach. The house has a detached 2-car garage, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with white statutorio marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances, hot tub, basement with pool/ping pong table, separate TV room with 85" HDTV, large living room and dining room with expansive beach views.
Master bedroom on second floor has an incredible view of the beach/pier and brand new deck. Kids room has a cal king bed with twin loft with stairs that lead up to an attic where they can hang out and watch the waves at pleasure point or slide down the fire pole!
You are just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes by foot from the Santa Cruz boardwalk and pier.
