Crystal Tower is one of Gulf Shore's newest, most luxurious high rise condos. With white sandy beaches and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, you will want to spend hours out in the sun. It features a wide variety of resort-style amenities with three resort quality pools including the Gulf's "Best Beach Front Pool" featuring a lazy river and hot tub as well as an indoor heated pool. In addition, the complex is close to restaurants, shopping and several outdoor activities.

Unit 1203 has been recently renovated and professionally decorated. This condo features new furniture, Flat Screen TV's, Stainless Steel Appliances, Washer and Dryer, freshly painted walls, trim and doors, and tiled floors throughout. Located on the 12th floor, 1203 has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the smoke-free environment. Crystal Tower can't be beat for price and amenities!

Beginning April 1, 2025, the facility will be monitored by a system that scans license plates to determine if you are a registered guest. You will be provided a code to use to register your vehicle and pay for parking upon your arrival at the complex. Acceptable forms of payment will be by card only. Cash payments will not be accepted. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles. Policy is strictly enforced.

One Night Stay = $20.00
Two Night Stay = $40.00
3 - 7 Night Stay = $60.00

There will be an additional $5 per night charge for stays over 7 nights during the months of April - October. Parking will be capped at $60 per stay during the winter season months of November - March.

The unit itself was five-star -- clean, comfortable, well-furnished. The facilities of the property were great, too, with the three pools being the highlight. Facilities on the beach, with high-quality chair and umbrella rentals available immediately in front of the property. Security at the pool was also visible and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amazing Condo in an Excellent location

This was my family's second time staying in Kevin's place. It was just as nice the 2nd time as it was the 1st. The place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, the facility amenities are great, and the view from the deck is Amazing! Kevin is an excellent host and provides details well in advance. This place delivered a nice combination of amenities and location. The owner was very responsive and provided plenty of information in advance to help with our stay. The setup with the multiple pools and direct beach access was also very convenient. Our only minor inconveniences were typical of high-rise buildings with lengthy waits for elevators during peak times and one unexpected short water outage.

Unforgettable days at the beach of Alabama...

Dear Kevin, we loved your condo...it was like a home for us. Much better than expected. I am really picky with everything ( mainly concerning the cleanliness) at this Condo everything was perfekt , We also liked the balcony with the beautiful chairs. We stayed four Weeks and enjoyed every single day. Kevin has been so helpful with everything, and we felt very secured throughout the whole building. The large pool and spa right on the beach is so awesome and unique in Gulfshores. My Husband and I would definitely stay again in this wonderful condo ,should we come back some day. This condo was perfect for our family vacation! My husband and I have exceptionally high standards when it comes to cleanliness. This condo was immaculate: sheets, floors, surfaces, everything. The kitchen had every possible utensil, container, and pan you could need to cook. Pool access, distance to the beach, and location makes this one of the best places to stay. We had 2 very small children with us. All 4 of us could walk back and forth to the beach and pools easily. The owner was great to communicate with and extremely responsive. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had on vacation. It is not a matter of if we will go back, it's a matter of when!

"Amazing Condo with Breathtaking Views!"

This is the third time we have rented this condo for The Hangout Festival. This condo has everything that you will need for your trip to the beach! The furnishings have all been updated with all large flatscreen TV's in all rooms. The furniture is very comfortable, the beds are amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked. Even the sheets and towels are high quality. The condo has to be one of the cleanest we have stayed in. This complex has a vast amount of amenities. In addition to the beach, there are three pools. The views from the balcony and inside the condo are amazing. One of the best features is that it is very close to a variety of activities. As to the owner, Kevin is great! He is very helpful with information about the area and responds quickly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a trip to the beach!

The beach was amazing we had 3 weeks of sunshine with great sunrises and sunsets. However because of the coronavirus everything shut down so we left one week early. I would return the people were very friendly andwe had a good time.

A Wonderful Experience

The property was fantastic. Beautifully decorated, and we could not ask for a better experience. The balcony was by far my wife and I's favorite part. Watching the waves, the beach, and the cool Gulf storms roll in was enjoyable. Access to two different pools and the beach was easy, and fantastic. The shoe rack on the boardwalk was a first for me, and a little detail that was great. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great time!

We purchased Unit 1203 in early 2012. Since then we have kept it updated on an annual basis with new furnishings, appliances, tiling and paint. We have used Airbnb , TripAdvisor and Emerald Coast by Owner as listing sites for our condo. We selected VRBO to offer a more personal touch to our guests.

Out of all of the properties along the Alabama Gulf Coast, Crystal Tower has some of the best amenities. With two large outdoor pool/spa areas, indoor heated pool, lazy river, amazing beach and workout room, you will sure to get hours of endless amounts of fun.

From the condo, a large balcony allows you to relax anytime of the day with breathtaking views of the gulf, which can be accessed through the sliding glass doors from the living room or master bedroom.

There are two full bathrooms which allow you to freshen up after a day on the beach or a night on the town. The kitchen is fully stock for when you want to eat in.
