Great place to stay while in the hills. We stayed here while in a side by side trip. Cabin was a great fit for our group of 10. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back again. Host was super easy to communicate with.
The house was beautiful and plenty room for our group! Everything worked great and the house was clean when we showed up! Definitely would stay there again!
Very nice home. Stayed with 2 families with kids and the grandparents. Plenty of space. Hot tub was fantastic even though it was July. The evenings cooled off fast and the mornings were even cooler so it was really nice to have. We really enjoyed our stay!
There were 12 of us who traveled out for UTV riding. House was big enough and had everything we needed. Clean and accommodating. Close and convenient to many things we did. We would stay again.

Easter getaway
Property was perfect for our family with the large area downstairs where the kids had room to play. The Jacuzzi was nice but the barbecue was filthy and no propane. Totality unusable!! Snow could have been cleared at the front door. Had to climb thru. If snow isn't going to be cleared at least leave a shovel outside. Overall the property was nice and we'll stocked. Could have had more towels but the washer and dryer was nice

Great place to stay. Could tell that this was a new house that had not been stayed in a lot. There were not kitchen towels to wash the dishes with or to wipe down the counters. Other then that the beds where great and comfortable and the house was clean.
We came with a large group ranging from ages 2 all the way to adult, and it was perfect! It was a nice, cozy location with plenty of space and plenty of things for everyone to do. We ended up forgetting our daughter’s blanket by mistake when we left and the manager went out of her way to priority ship it back to us as quickly as possible. It was above and beyond, and we appreciated it so much.
We met up with friends to spend a few days riding our side by sides out in the Black Hills. The house was beautiful, CLEAN and in a nice little neighborhood. Plenty of room for at least 5 couples if you wanted. It was convenient to get on the trails from all directions. I highly recommend this house.
Property was just like description on site. Place was clean, easy to get in to, and had enough space for 5 kids and 8 adults. You are away from the town of Lead by just a little bit, which was ok for us. The property was brand new and seeing the wildlife in the back yard near the woods was a plus for the kids. We were able to use the hot tub at night and look up at all the stars. Not to far from Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway. When the family comes back we would 100% like to stay here again.

Everything was perfect. A couple minor issues but we worked through those. #1 I had to replace the battery in the lock of the garage door it quit working on day number 2. #2 We did not use the grill, but it needs to be cleaned pretty bad. These were minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Needed a hold-over during the busy weekend before heading to the Hill City area. This was a great place to stay. Any glitches that came up, the owner was quick to address.
The home is beautiful and very spacious. It was great to have a 2 stall garage we could use for our snowmobile suits and repairs on our sleds.
Everything was above our expectations. It was located right next door to the snowmobile trail and also extremely easy access to the main highway over the top of the north side of the Black Hills.
Great place to stay to enjoy all there is the enjoy in the Black Hills.
Everything was great except they had pretty strict departure rules We spent a few hours cleaning at the end of our stay which we never had to do at other rentals.
If internet is not important - it's a perfect house
best VRBO (excluding the dial up speed internet) I have stayed. Clean, Well maintained, easy check in. Im todays day and age, especially with remote work with Covid, why someone would not offer a higher speed internet........
