DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Make your forever memories with us at Ariel Dunes Resort. Unit 1507 faces the west coastline, so you'll have the perfect view of Destin's gorgeous sunsets. We have plenty of space for your family of four-six to fell right at home. A large living room area adjoins the private balcony that overlooks the beautiful scenery below. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and balcony access and features a modern remodeled master bath. The children will enjoy the double twin beds and the sleeper sofa, each room with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and you'll also have a private washer dryer inside the condo.

Great condo in a great location

They have everything you need. Even two coffee makers. Lots of linens, paper towels and toilet paper provided. The location is PERFECT! Easy walking distance to the beach and several great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Here are lots of pros & a few cons: Pros- Great view (although partial obstructed by another building) perfect for early morning quiet times Updated furniture in the living room Had a beach umbrella which was a nice surprise management responded quickly to any concerns we had Very clean Appliances all worked Bathroom in the master br is updated and looks Amazing! cons- beds need to be updated, they were uncomfortable deck furniture needs to be updated, not very comfortable earlier check-in time would be nice the tv was tricky to figure out

The rental was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The rental was very comfortable and had all the right amenities. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was even close enough to hear the ocean waves! The walk to the beach was short and easy. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Check in and Check out were simple and quick. I would stay again.

Perfect vacation

I was looking for relaxation and peace after working as an ER nurse through Covid and that's what I got. The place was clean and close to the beach. I enjoyed that it was close to the beach and the pools were never too crowded. The staff that worked in the building was friendly and polite. There were nice places to shop and eat within walking distance. I was able to relax and recoup. Thank you

Comfortable and Convenient

A friend and I stayed at this property for a week while in town for a music festival. We found the condo to be very comfortable and convenient to the beach, great restaurants, grocery store and shopping. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and we enjoyed stopping to watch the ducks and the turtles in the little pond on the way. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pools are beautiful. We really enjoyed having a café right on the property and found the food there to be quite delicious. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

First and fabulous month rental

This was the first month long rental for us. We loved most everything about our stay. This unit has fabulous views and sunsets. Close to the beach with the walkway. We enjoyed walking for exercise to the coffee shop, Bad Ass Coffee. And frequented Whales tail, and Pompano Joes for a few weekly lunches and dinners. The unit supplied everything we needed. We use the heated pool, and grilling area. A very nice gym area was also used. But we enjoyed the outdoors most often. There are plenty of fine grocers in the area. Also so many fine dining restaurants in the area, we were able to get more than our share of fresh delicious seafoods. We would enjoy this visit again.

This unit screams rental.

Bed frame broken. Toilet leaking. Not one sharp knife in the kitchen. No cutting board until I found it a week later In bottom of stove. Who would look there!!!! Deck furniture I always expected to clean being it’s out side. Not one cleaning product or any cleaning rags. Nails showing on the walls but no pictures. Ceiling fans had no pull chains. If you want the fan on low with no light on,,,how would you do that. I bought a few beachside pictures,fan chains, cutting board cleaning supplies. The couches were coffee stained badly , I spot cleaned them best I could. The toaster didn’t work until I took it apart and cleaned it. I spent over a hundred dollars and cleaned and repaired for 6 hours. The unit might have been cleaned once , months ago but it was clean when we arrived. Parking pass wasn’t valid, pool and gym code’s didn’t work. It took over a week for us to get everything squared away before we could start to enjoy our 45 days there.

We do take great measures to insure that properties are ready for arrival, and we will definitely follow up with our team regarding your concerns. We provide same day service in most instances. We hadn't noticed the broken bed frame previously, but we did have a new one delivered and installed by the next day. We usually only know about dull knives if guests report it, and in such a case, we would be happy to deliver new knives within one day of the request. The same policy applies to any and all defects or assistance once noticed and reported. We provide all guests with a free guest app that makes it easy to request services during your stay. As a general practice, we do not provide cleaning supplies. We do, however, offer additional cleaning services at your request. Regarding artwork, it is possible for artwork to be missing from time to time, but it is highly unusual for guests to purchase artwork for the property. We certainly do not expect guests to do so. We are working with the property owner to replace the sofa very soon. Long-term guests must register their vehicles with the resort upon arrival and receive a window decal. This is why the temporary parking pass was invalid for the entirety of your stay. Overall, we hope that you had a great winter stay and took home some wonderful memories. Thank you again.
