Location , Location , Location !!! the unit is located in front of new park Epic Universe.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra precautions taken for disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Situated on the ground floor, there’s no steps and no need to use elevators. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The condo features no carpet—tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a beautiful, modern design with a king bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.
A portable crib, umbrella stroller, and high chair are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom and living room are equipped with LED smart TVs and cable is available, and the condo offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, as well as dishes, cookware, silverware—everything you need to feel at home.

Both full bathrooms are supplied with towels and a hair dryer. Additional amenities includes washer and dryer inside the unit , iron, and ironing board.

The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoors on the open veranda, which is furnished with chairs and a table.

Two resort pool areas feature heated pools, Jacuzzis, firepit areas, a pool bar, and a kids' splash area.

We are within walking distance of the Orlando Convention Center and in front of new Epic Universe.

Close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Eye, top-rated restaurants, and popular shops.

Across the street, you’ll find renowned golf courses.

Plenty of things for kids to do. The pool bar was a definite plus!!! There were lots of little millipede bugs outside, and a few got inside. I’m sure it’s a seasonal type thing, but it wasn’t bothersome. The host was very responsive and super helpful. Thank you Ana. We would definitely come back here again and use this VRBO!

We were very close to for all Universal activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't get to use many of the amenities due to a tight schedule on our part, but they were very convenient and in good shape. A great host.

The pool area was amazing!! Big pool and a kids play area/ splash pad! The kitchen was well equipped with most everything we needed to prepare a meal. The unit was spacious and comfortable! Very family friendly. We did not enjoy any of the major parks but very close to them. The Walgreens was right on the corner so walking distance! A few places right outside the resort to shop and eat! We will book again!! Ana was very helpful! Check in and out was extremely easy!!

Great location! Close to Epic. Very clean. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Nice to have coffee maker and keurig. Enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, both queen beds are long overdue for replacement. Very uncomfortable and sag in the middle.

It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.
